Excellent for doctors and nurses, excellent neighborhood, especially the location. Near downtown, easy access to I-25, walking distance to open space, bike lanes, golf course, Costco, Walmart and shopping center. Owner-occupied rental, separate entrance and parking space.

Amazing Stay - Incredible Beds!
Incredible location (across the street from a neighborhood park even) with amazing communication from the property manager! We traveled with our kids so they were very accommodating with a crib. The bed were also EXTREMELY comfortable - we are wanting those mattresses in our house now. I wish the listing more clearly stated that it isn't the whole house (3,200 sq ft) as I believe the property managers live in the basement.

Super Clean and great host
The house was super clean and most everything looked to be new. Washer and dryer were nice with detergent. The area was quiet and the neighbors were quiet as well. As in it looks like a new to the market VRBO property. Great communication from the property manager. The TV lost volume for a bit and they came over within like 10 minutes to look at it. They do have their son living in the basement and we stayed on the first floor. He was quiet. The only issue on hindsight was low water pressure from the shower heads. Not sure if this is a low flow local ordinance. The kitchen sink had good water pressure.

We stayed at this lovely home for 4 days. It really wasn’t long enough! It was so comfortable we didn’t want to leave. We were very close to many places to eat and about 30 minutes from Pearl Street, which we love, and 40 minutes from the family ranch in Ward. The kitchen has everything you need. The linen was luxurious. We are from Houston, so the weather in July was refreshing I’m definitely sending Jackie an email next time we’re in town.
