The neighborhood is quiet and you can walk to the public boat launch area in under 5 minutes. The house has plenty of areas for gathering together or relaxing alone. "The property was a bit overgrown. The tree in the front yard blocked the view of the house from the street. The steps going into the house are very steep first step about 10 inches made it a bit difficult for me with a bad knee. The back porch sitting area had a couple chairs and a table but, the tree next to it was overgrown and un able to use. I was in town for a wedding so for just sleeping two nights it was better than a hotel. I only mention these things so that maybe it was an oversight by...
