"The property itself was great. The location in terms of how close it was to tourist spots was excellent. My only complaint, and it can't be helped, is that there were at least 7 stray dogs that would occasionally hang out in the front yard. Not sure if they were friendly or escaped neighbors dogs, but that made us a little nervous. "

"Everything about this property was wonderful. It is beautiful with a very calming esthetic. The details—the fresh linens, towels, soaps—everything were luxury hotel quality. The house is extremely clean. It was quiet and the owner of the adjoining home is very sweet. Wonderful!!"

"The property is very cozy and clean with a great view. If i could make a couple of suggestions, replace the furniture as it is hard to set in and very uncomfortable. Secondly, area rugs should have backing or done away with as they are slick and present a slip hazard. Couldn't get hot water to work in main bathroom. Just a few tweeks it will be perfect! Beds were incredibly comfortable!! Thank you for the use of your property!!"

"Visiting Magnolia was one of my best friend's dream. I live in Houston and she is currently living in Thailand. Our other friend lices in Wisconsin. When we planned our yearly girls trip and they were coming to Texas is was a no brainer to come visit. It was a great location and easy to walk around Waco. We each had a room and were comfortable!"

"My mom, sister and I were looking forward to a fun girls weekend. While we were still able to do that our time started out rough. When we arrived at the house we walked through it first. It was very dirty…hair in the beds, the bathroom was obviously not clean(urine on the toilet and hair in the shower) ,and it appeared most of the floors were not swept/mopped. We were able to contact the number given and did get a full refund. But was a damper on the start of our weekend."
