Was horrible experience. The rooms smelled like raw sewage, they were filthy, holes in the walls. Restaurants were closed or only open for limited time. Staff was not helpful in any way to get information about restaurants or surrounding area shops. Would highly recommend looking into other resort/hotels. Awful Experience..

If I could give this property ZERO stars, I would. Grounds are unkept. Rooms are dirty, stench comes out of all drains in the bathroom. Their communication is horrendous “misunderstanding per front desk!” States multiple bars restaurants but only one bar and and restaurant (never enough guests to open sports bar I’m told). No activities here poolside or anywhere, golf course needs water and care badly!! My room key had to be reprogrammed daily and somedays multiple times. The “fancy” front desk manager is an idiot ( he gave us keys and let us change rooms to third floor to be told an hour later we had to go back to our old room after we already moved! There is nothing close to this resort, no transportation but taxis, so you need a rental car. They have made this my worst vacation ever! 10/10 I do not recommend !!! Unless you need cheap… Beach is only positive and Alan the server!

We enjoyed our stay, however, it is very apparent the Resort is operating on a shoestring budget. Lack of maintenance staff is very apparent and with some facilities closed altogether. Significant lack of information on amenities upon checking in.

The front desk staff can could use some manners and helpfulness! They are very unhelpful and very few words. They don’t say hi or bye or thank you. Very unhelpful. One staff in particular sadly can’t remember his name but he works in the afternoon shift not very friendly he told us that the taxi has arrived when it was not so we were standing at the pick up area for 15 minutes in the heat when we could have waited in the lobby where is cooler. Not nice!! The staff at the restaurant are better and more friendly and helpful. Other than the staff at the front desk the place is beautiful with beautiful beaches.

Property is well situated beach was nice, property is in very poor condition our room had mice and cockroaches the smell of sewage was very bad we had leave could not stay in the property and we got penalized for canceling our stay! Alfredo is in the front desk very rude and other staff mentioned he is corrupted he intentionally forgot to give me my ID and when I finally realized I did not have it with me I called and he said it would be $60 to return it! It's very understaff and dirty place! Please avoid it for your own health!

I loved staying here. My husband and I traveled during the off season, and it was extremely quiet, which is what we were looking for. The staff was very friendly. We had the beach and pool to ourselves. Only negatives for me were the mattress, kind of uncomfortable for me. Also, their headboards are made out of concrete and made to look "soft", so you can really hit your head there. My husband did, twice...lol. Finally, beware if you get a room with a connecting door. We got one and the guests next door were early riser (4am!) and extremely talkative. Nothing wrong with that but given we had a common door; we could hear them loud and clear and could not sleep. Luckily, we talked to the front desk and were switched with no issues. Other than that, everything was great. I do suggest renting a vehicle while you are here so that you can make it to the nearby beaches, they are beautiful!

We purchased a suite with a Jacuzzi and a large secondary bedroom as soon as we walked in it was mice in the room. We were downgraded to a smaller room, smaller Jacuzzi and did not give us a reduction in pricing. The restaurant had limited food. Shortstaffed security was rude to my Brother, calling him names

Rooms are great but towels and blankets are old and rip staff in the pool are really lazy spaces are not clean and pool are dirty..I really like that place but I think if you change the staff or someone in charge would be one of the best hotels in Baja..!!
