You're right next to Grimaud, grocery store, and the drive is not so bad to get to Saint Tropez. The apartment was quite spacious with three bedrooms, a living room wirh a connected "kitchen" containing a fridge, stove, and a sink. "Very nice air conditioned studio apartment. Very good kitchen and eating equipment plus a dish washer. Really comfortable bed and the whole apartment was very clean. I didn’t use my balcony because of the noise from the road however because the windows were double glazed and there was secondary double glazing you couldn’t hear any road noise with the windows shut."

"The views and location are amazing but the lack of air conditioning and amount of mosquitoes and the uncomfortable beds made sleeping difficult. There was no wifi which was surprising and is expected everywhere. We stayed for 4 nights and dreaded going to sleep, my kids are covered in mosquito bites. The property supplied plugs but they made no difference. The rooms also only have 1 power point so have to chose between fan or mosquito plug. It was extremely hot the week we stayed."

"A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment. The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed...

"The main problem is that the location is hard to pickup on Uber. If you don’t speak French, it may be hard to communicate the exact location or they may not be willing to drive into the cul de sac. Otherwise, the property is decent and it’s less than 10 min from the central harbor. "We have just spent 6 nights at this lovely family run hotel. The hosts are unbelievably helpful to ensure your stay is perfect. They assisted us with tickets for the ferry to Ste Tropez and made a reservation there for a fabulous restaurant. They provided secure enclosed parking for €25 per day and even escorted me to the local optician for advice on an eye issue which was so helpful. The room had a kettle and fridge which were useful. The host even lent us a plug adapter and a clothes steamer was available if required too! We have stayed in Ste Maxime a dozen times before and stayed at almost every hotel in the area and I can honestly say that this one is one of the best. It has the kindest hosts and it also has a fab location which is a couple of minutes from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. So do not hesitate to book this one if you are looking for a central location and value for money. "
