"Everything about this place met or exceeded our expectations. Booking and check in was easy (and provided all the info well in advance), comms from the property managers was warm and friendly and the place itself was perfect. "The Cob House is a true escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, an exemplary example of just how little we need to be happy. The host and all the animals about were incredibly welcoming. Couldn't have asked for a better break from work, the close small towns offer charm and welcoming locals and if you are up for chasing waterfalls, there are so many in driving distance though some might require a decent trek. 100% recommend! "

"We had a beautiful week surrounded by gorgeous countryside and mountains. The house was very comfortable for our family of 5 with the bonus of a clean beautiful pool to swim in. The hosts were very friendly with our children showing them how to feed a calf and collect chicken eggs. They were great hosts"
