Apartment on the first floor: large panoramic living room (dig TV) with double sofa bed, fireplace and dining area with kitchen (oven, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juicer), double bedroom, bathroom with shower. Second floor in the Tower: double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
The apartment have an incredible view of the valley and private space on the ground floor with table and chairs and shadow structure..

In the property there are a Pool (13mx7m), BBQ, gardens and private covered parking with gate

The apartment is located in Villa Casaforte resort, there are other 4 holiday apartment inside the villa that share the external area

Important:
* There is a deposit of 300€ to pay in cash at arrival, refundable at check out if no damage has been done to the apartment
* Pool is open from May to end September
* Sauna and hydromassage are available (50€/day)
* Laundry room available

For wine lovers:
The owner Claudio Vassanelli is from Valpolicella(Verona) where he produce fantastic wines, like Amarone and Ripasso. You can buy it at Villa reception at good prices, and compare it with Chianti wines.

Useful tips: All you need is located in Loro Ciuffenna, an incredible preserved village, far 2,5km. Markets, shops, restaurants, pizzeria, ice cream shops, bike rental, wine shops, bank, groceries, petrol station and pharmacy.
In Loro Ciuffenna there is also a visitable and working old mill where you can buy also their products. Great fun for kids and also adults.

In addition to normal turistic routes to the Chianti or Florence, Loro Ciuffenna area offers also day trips to Pratomagno mountain, with his hamlet, ruins, panoramic roads, mountain restaurants, old grocery shop and memorable views of Tuscany. The road to Pratomagno start from Loro Ciuffenna center and arrive to Croce del Pratomagno, where you can reach the highest peak (at the cross). Amazing property and wonderful host
Our time at the Villa was amazing. The place was spotless and Lucia was extremely good to us. She was accommodating and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend Loro Ciuffenna. It is a gem and the hospitality is second to none.

The apartment is set on the first floor of a villa in an excellent position with panoramic views across the valley due to the large windows. Lovely pool and surrounding grass area. Good location for Siena, Arezzo and Chianti. Excellent bathroom showers. Minor criticisms are the upstairs mattress is a bit tired and the air conditioning in the lower bedroom does not quite get cold enough. As others have said, Lucia is an excellent on site host. Also highly recommend the nearby restaurant La Cantinella. Like to return one day.

My parents and partner stayed in a large two bed apartment! Everything was perfect. The view over the country side was spectacular! The owner was very friendly nothing was too much hassle! The place was spotless. Every thing you needed for your stay was provided. The pool was large and very clean with ample sun loungers! We made use of the BBQ, all lighters, coal etc was provided! Close to a quaint town Loro Ciuffenna, went to two beautiful pizzerias, sampled local wine. Will definitely return!!

Another great stay at Villa Casaforte!
We came back after 2 years, and this time brought another couple. We all loved it...great Tuscany location for making day trips, great accomodations,great pool (used it 3 times while we were there), and a friendly host. The on-line pictures are accurate...truly a perfect place to be “under the Tuscan sun”!

We spent 10 days in the very comfortable 2 bedroom flat with amazing views over the Tuscan countryside. We loved the cleanliness of the place, the comfortable bedding and the beautiful swimming pool. We could have done with more plates, glasses and cutlery. It's a shame the flat didn't have a washing machine.

Beautiful place, quiet, relaxing, we loved it.
We had a wonderful stay, I loved the quality of the material they use for the renovation of this old house and the good taste for the design and decoration. The SPA wasn’t working, which is a shame because I chose this place for one of this criteria.

Perfect base for our Tuscany trip
The property was close to the towns we wanted to visit and is not a far drive from Florence. The villa was beautifully decorated and well-maintained The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious and clean. The views were stunning. Wifi worked well around the entire property. Would have been great if we got extra towels to use by the pool. Only one bath towel was provided per guest. Also to note that you will need to bring your own oil if you want to cook in the villa and extra toilet paper. However, a supermarket is located nearby so not an issue as long as you are aware of what you need before the supermarket closes. Overall a great experience and would not hesitate to return!

A piece of Heaven in Tuscany!
Just finished a week at this place and loved it. It is everything that the description says and more. Quiet, clean, comfortable and of course beautiful. The view from the living room is awesome and one never tires from seeing the mountains in the distance. Lucia's hospitality goes overboard and her English is great if you have google translate. The only negative would be the windy mountain roads getting to the house. If you are intimidated by such, this may be the deal breaker. Would definitely return no hesitations!

Gorgeous property in excellent condition! Highly recommend!
The views alone are enough reason to stay here! One can see immediately that this property is maintained to the highest standards - beautiful lighting, landscaping, well loved! The spacious interior of our unit with two comfortable bedrooms separated by floors gave lots of privacy. Lucia, the hostess on site, is an angel! Be prepared for a language barrier but it can be done! :-) I will remember her goodbye hug forever! ❤️ Claudio was also easy and quick with communication and flexibility when needed. The sunsets were unbelievable! We were pinching ourselves to be staying at such a beautiful place! Yes, it was a long drive to and from many of the places we visited but pulling back into Villa Cassaforte made it worthwhile!

Really great place to stay and reasonable cost. Location is very nicely situated between wine country and florence. Florence is just 50 min north by car, montepulciano is about 50 south by car. Villa views are stunning. Lucia made check-in easy. Highly recommended. I'd come back.

Luxurious 2 bedrm which had (almost) everything we could ask for, and Lucia provided great service!
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We were a couple with a 3.5 year old girl so it was a large place but we had wanted space so this apartment which was modern but yet had the feel of Tuscan hills. We love the two big bay windows in our living room, and the views these windows afforded was the highlight of our stay! The location of this property was close to the Loro Ciuffenna town, which is a must visit. We spent a good lazy late morning there, and the town people were lovely. Lucia was very helpful and attended to (most of) our needs but her English is non-existent but we managed well. She was very nice to us, and would give us some fruits/vegetables from the gardens. The apartment had everything we looked for, except for wifi. Negative: The wifi was not working during our days we were there, and no steps was taken by the owner or agent to fix this even though we complained many times. After 4 days, we were told that previous tenants (there are 6-7 rented apartments in the entire compound) had used up the 150 GB data plan for the entire month, and to wait for August 1 data plan (for the compound) to kick in. On that evening, we had wifi but only I am seated by the front door, but no where else. It was basically the case through out the rest of 3 more days. We asked our neighbours, and they had data without any problem so a bit disappointed with lack of response/help especially when I had needed to check work emails. Would we come back again? Definitely yes but this time, we will arm ourselves with lots of data plans so we could have our own roaming data.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in der Villa Casaforte und es war wieder toll! Dieses Jahr hatten wir die Wohnung Biancospino mit Ausblick über das gesamte Tal, einfach herrlich!
