Please complete your profile prior to booking. We prefer to rent to people who can include some information about themselves and the nature of their stay; it helps us know who we are speaking with and encourages a successful lodging match.
We do not allow 3rd party bookings. Guests making the reservation shall not be under the age of 25. Guests making the booking shall take responsibility for all guests on their reservation. Hosts may require copies of identification from guests.
There will be a surcharge of $100 if reservation is less than 7 nights in duration.
We require a Security Deposit of $500 deposit if:
*you are hosting any event, the deposit must be paid before the start of the reservation.
*you have less than 2 Airbnb reviews or
*you have any negative reviews
($500 must be received immediately after the request is accepted)
Check out is at 10 am . After 10 am check out is $25/hour.
We also host events like birthdays, filming, photo shoots, ceremonies, baby showers and weddings for an event fee of min $600 additional plus reservation fee depending on venue and # of guests. There will be a Security Deposit of $500 for any event that must be paid before the start of the reservation.
Our policy is that extra guests are considered there for the full duration of the reservation. So if you have 2 extra people and the reservation is for 4 days, there will be a charge of $25 x 4 days = $100 x 2 people = $200 for extra guests regardless of how many days they actually stay. We do not allow "swapping" of guests. Please note that children and infants are considered guests.
*We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible. If there is a maintenance issue we reserve the right to enter the property with no notice.
* Guests should not send packages to the house; we will not be responsible for any missing or damaged packages. Guests should seek alternative locations to pick up packages.
* Vrbo requires us to disclose that there are security cameras that have been installed around the outside perimeter of the house. There is also a noise monitoring device.
* We do not provide garage use as part of this Listing.
* Garden maintenance is on every Wednesday afternoon.
*Empty trash in the house and kindly help us bring out trash bins to the street Thursday night.
* VRBO requires us to disclose that there are security cameras that have been installed around the perimeter of the house.
There are 2 houses on the same lot with different addresses. The owner or long term tenant lives on top of the garage but both houses are totally separate and have total privacy.
