The Space:
Beautiful hardwood floors, comfortable, clean and spacious. There are two bedrooms - one with a king bed, and one with twin/full bunk beds, plus the living room with a sofa bed. There is a dining area and table, a large, fully stocked kitchen and a bathroom. Sparkling clean and superbly comfortable. Enjoy the ocean breezes and bright atmosphere in this downstairs unit, plus a personal front patio for you to enjoy your morning coffee! Easy back door access to your parking spot and the bikes. Located in a quieter area with a large patio with a gas BBQ. Bike rentals are available. If you need a highchair or pack-n-play, we have them! JUST ADDED: EV CHARGER!
Guest Access:
You will have your own unique access code for the private front door so you can access it anytime after 3 pm. You have one designated parking spot in the back, plus there is ample street parking in front and along side of the building. Make note - street sweeping occurs between 9-11 am on Thursdays and Fridays - check the signs.
The Neighborhood:
Quaint and quiet, this is a residential beachy shore neighborhood. We are in a clean, safe, seaside community with many residents out walking and biking. You are steps from vibrant Second Street's shopping and eating district, sandy beaches, calm lagoons, picturesque Naples canals, bike & walking paths. Located just minutes from downtown Long Beach, CSU Long Beach, the Long Beach Aquarium, the Queen Mary, the LA Harbor and to Surf City USA - Huntington Beach. Use this as your home base to access all of southern California's favorite spots - your options are endless!
If you love water - you can windsurf, swim, kayak, surf, row, paddle board, jet ski, or even ride in an authentic gondola or take a sunset sailing cruise right in this neighborhood!
Easy access to the freeway access to get to any So CA attractions.
Getting Around:
We have one reserved parking space for you, plus there is ample street parking available. Less than one block to 2nd Street shops and restaurants. Two small blocks to the beach. Less than 3 miles to CSU Long Beach. You can rent our bikes, or rent scooters, take Uber, Lyft, or catch the bus.

*Coffee at Shelldrake's or Phil's on 2nd Street to charge your day- easy walk.
* Let's Yolk About It for breakfast cannot be matched - on 2nd Street
*Our favorite casual restaurant is Super Mex - the salsa is soooo good!
*For a more upscale dinner with an incredible view - go to The Queen's View in Shoreline Village
*Romantic - take a romantic gondola ride through Naples canals or the swan boats near Shoreline Village
*A fun brewery close by is Ballast Point or Belmont Shore Brewing- both right on the water
*Best beach for kids - Mother's Beach
*Best Playground to walk to - Livingston Park - 5 minute walk
*Best place for water fun - Alamitos Bay. You can rent anything there
*Nature - El Dorado Park & Nature Center
*Best evening stroll - up & down 2nd street. Most shops and restaurants stay open in the evening, plus have outdoor seating if you bring your pup.
*Best Golf- El Dorado Golf Course

- Bikes available to reserve for a small fee
- No parties or events
- No smoking...of any kind
- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am
- Rinse sand off feet and beach gear before bringing it inside.
