New, pristine home with no electricity
This property is brand new and the neighborhood is still under construction. But due to the newness of the property, there seems to still be service issues and utility problems. We had no electricity to the kitchen appliances, making our stay in a home fairly pointless. We reached out to the host numerous times via VRBO messaging and phone calls, only to be told that because it was the weekend they couldn't even tell us where the breaker box was. We were more than willing to try and fix the problem ourselves (if we could) but there was no effort to remedy the issue. They were also inflexible on a late check out, which we felt was incredible given the inconvenience. Everything else was great, but a lack of a kitchen with power is a big problem. Would not recommend.
