You’ll love this large beach apartment in the heart of Santa Monica (10-15 minute walk to the beach, pier, Venice, 3rd St Promenade, etc.).

You will have a private bedroom with a keycode lock & a shared bath. There are 4 bedrooms available if you want to rent multiple rooms. Contact us to discuss.

Our coliving is a community of entrepreneurs, creatives, and full time remote workers. There's a wide variety of professionals found here, including digital media creatives to start up CEO's to graduate students. Regardless of profession, our community members usually bond over great food, a love of beach life and a healthy lifestyle.

Live with like-minded roommates who are looking to enjoy Santa Monica, work hard and expand their network with awesome coliving friends. The building is predominantly young professionals looking to enjoy a great beach house. If this sounds good to you, come check it out.

THE SPACE: You will love the the relaxed, casual feel of our fully furnished apartments with hardwood floors throughout and fully stocked kitchens.

SLEEPING SPACES: Your bedroom has a full size bed. There are 3-4 bedrooms available if you want to rent multiple rooms. Contact us to discuss.

LIVING ROOM / GREAT ROOM: Very spacious living room with new hardwood floors, comfy sofa and large TV, Chromecast (with all major services included), great light and much more!

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with pots, pans, platters, plates, coffee maker, etc.

EATING AREAS: Dining room table seats 6 comfortably and can seat 8 more cozily.

Deception
The property owner will be switch you and put you in a spot. You did not sign up for and charge you more for it. He also doesn’t seem to respect boundaries as he would enter the property without notifying the tenants anytime do not stay here. The owner does not talk to you, it is run by some other third-party guy who doesn’t recognize himself on Vrbo.
