The space
The house features 2 bedrooms / 1 bath on the main floor, 2 bathrooms and 3 more bedrooms, including a master with balcony on the second, tons of open space, a giant soaker tub in the master bath, outdoor space with outdoor shower and sunny rooftop patio.
We are a 90-second walk on a pedestrian street to the sand and shops that Venice is known for around the world.

Also, two thick folding twin-sized sleeping pads (sleep one each).
For extra large groups there are also two full-sized couches that you can sleep on. (Sleep 1 each)
The gourmet kitchen includes a chef's dream stove, dishwasher, an extra sink, and more.
Let the kids play while the grownups have a glass of wine and catch up. Spend your days lazing back and forth between the house and the beach, rinsing the sand off in the outdoor shower and relaxing with some drinks on the rooftop patio. Walk five minutes down the boardwalk to the main drag and enjoy the sights and sounds of one of the most eclectic beach towns in the world.
The rooftop patio has ample seating and a gas grill, and you can see the ocean through the towering eucalyptus trees.
Wonderful for a mellow spring break getaway.
This is not a party house. We keep a private security company doing rounds twice a day through all of our properties. Guests in breach of their contract / house rules / disrespecting neighbors will be evicted immediately, forfeiting their booking and security deposit.
Guest access
You'll have the entire house! There is a separate back house on the property, which is occupied by a long term tenant but there is no interaction or shared spaces and you'll have full privacy.
When you book the house, please fill in the correct number of guests (children over age 5 are guests, too). The house will be prepared only for the number of guests listed.
PETS: We are pet friendly but do charge a pet fee (non refundable).

Other things to note
While the house is great for groups, it is not a party house. Parties and gatherings will void your booking and cause immediate eviction, as well as permanent ban of your Vrbo account.
Also, it's very important that your car does not block the garage door that's on the east side of the property. That garage is used by the tenant in the back house.

- Primary renter must be over the age of 25.
- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- This is a private property and the host reserves right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- PET POLICY:
Only dogs allowed. No cats or any other animals.
1 medium-sized dog or 2 small ones is OK.
Pet fee (non-refundable) required to be paid before check-in.
Your pet has to be house trained and you have to clean after him/her.
If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
PET ETIQUETTE:
- Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
- Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
- Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
- Keep them on leash while outside the home.
- Always pick up after your dog.
- Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.
Rooftop may not be used after 10 PM under no circumstances.

- Amenity limitations — Rooftop cannot be used after 10PM.
- Potential for noise — Venice is a very active neighborhood and neighbors are very close. The house is located near a busy quarter near the beach.
- Must climb stairs — House is in 3 levels
- Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants.
Non-recording audio monitoring devices (NoiseAware) might be installed onsite to warn us of excessive noise and avoid complaints.
