Steps to world famous Venice Beach!

This special home is great for large groups, reunions, & families, and also a much-needed oasis from the fun chaos of Venice Beach.

Walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach, this is an A+.

Not a party house. Noise ordinance strictly monitored and enforced.

The space
The house features 2 bedrooms / 1 bath on the main floor, 2 bathrooms and 3 more bedrooms, including a master with balcony on the second, tons of open space, a giant soaker tub in the master bath, outdoor space with outdoor shower and sunny rooftop patio.

We are a 90-second walk on a pedestrian street to the sand and shops that Venice is known for around the world.

The gourmet kitchen includes a chef's dream stove, dishwasher, an extra sink, and more.

Let the kids play while the grownups have a glass of wine and catch up. Spend your days lazing back and forth between the house and the beach, rinsing the sand off in the outdoor shower and relaxing with some drinks on the rooftop patio. Walk five minutes down the boardwalk to the main drag and enjoy the sights and sounds of one of the most eclectic beach towns in the world.

The rooftop patio has ample seating and a gas grill, and you can see the ocean through the towering eucalyptus trees.

Wonderful for a mellow spring break getaway.

This is not a party house. We keep a private security company doing rounds twice a day through all of our properties. Guests in breach of their contract / house rules / disrespecting neighbors will be evicted immediately, forfeiting their booking and security deposit.

Guest access
You'll have the entire house! There is a separate back house on the property, which is occupied by a long term tenant but there is no interaction or shared spaces and you'll have full privacy.

When you book the house, please fill in the correct number of guests (children over age 5 are guests, too). The house will be prepared only for the number of guests listed.

PETS: We are pet friendly but do charge a pet fee (non refundable).

While the house is great for groups, it is not a party house. Parties and gatherings will void your booking and cause immediate eviction, as well as permanent ban of your Vrbo account.

Also, it's very important that your car does not block the garage door that's on the east side of the property. That garage is used by the tenant in the back house.

PET ETIQUETTE:
- Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
- Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
- Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
- Keep them on leash while outside the home.
- Always pick up after your dog.
- Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.

Rooftop may not be used after 10 PM under no circumstances.

Great location
The location of this property is amazing. It's a short walk to the beach/pier and various shops and restaurants. The kitchen is also well appointed if you like to cook. There is plenty of space for a group!

Awful.
We drove down from The Bay Area to spend a nice Christmas with our family. Our experience was less than ideal. The property had multiple issues listed below: - interior did not look like the pictures -The house had a very unpleasant odor, probably mold. Maybe because there is some kind of broken water main outside leaving puddles and water everywhere. I did contact the owner about the smell and they asked me to describe it. -Windows were open in the home when we arrived( probably to try and get rid of the smell), so it was therefore freezing, and took a few hours to heat up. - rack in dishwasher is broken -washing machine broken, soap not clearing from soap tray, you have to use the pre-wash. -blender broken -dirty vents/taped up vents - hooks for towels coming out of the wall. - no corkscrew -burned out and unmatching lightbulbs - landscaping looks like nobody cares. leaves everywhere, puddles, rocks, planters with dying plants - rooftop has one side with dumped garbage like old stools and wood, the other side has a table with big holes in it and filthy furniture - the bunk bed is so wobbly my daughter couldn't sleep in it - dusty everywhere. - owner came unannounced to check his mail in the front yard, we thought it was an intruder. - a leaf blower showed up ( end of our visit?) at 8:30 in the morning and woke people up wandering around the yard with it. - saying there is parking is an understatement. One parking spot could possibly fit a smart car, and the other you have to parallel park in front of a garage. - the house just feels like they don't care about it, or the people that rent it. I have a TON of pictures . I have rented from VRBO for years, and have NEVER even given a bad review, so I'm not one of those people. We felt ripped off.

Venice Trip
The house was great and the location fantastic. Walk for one minute and you’re on the beach. Likewise, the property is a stones throw from many restaurants. Amazingly it is super quiet at night. The instructions and guide tips were extremely helpful and accurate. We enjoyed the house and would look forward to staying there again.

I have never been send a contract like this. It suggests that there must be lots of complaints in the past. The exterior is all that I ever saw. Dark alley. Apt. Building wrapped around it. Not safe. Venice is bad right now. Contract negates guarantees. I did not sign it nor stay as felt uncomfortable after going to see it first. No way!

Absolute blissful 4th of July Weekend!
This property is a stones throw away from the beach. Quaintly situated down a verdant alley way - you get the accessibility of "beach front" without the commotion and of the boardwalk. The house is cooky, charming, cool and spacious. Incredibly clean upon arrival and the house manual was prescriptively clear. The rooftop is probably the most prized asset of the house, excellent sunset views and a grill for bbq'ing. In terms of location, couldn't be more conveniently located - 1.5 miles away from grocery (Ralphs), ~1 mile away from Abbot Kinney (historic, very cool shopping street), 100 yards from the beach and about .4 miles from the pier. Parking - you can even fit two cars in the car port (albeit a tight squeeze). Would 10/10 recommend this property to anyone looking for a larger beach bungalow with direct beach access.

The house is really comfortable, one block from the beach, spacious, fully accessorised and the owners put at the guests availability any sort of amenities and facilities. Great parking slot. Greatly appreciated and recommended. Owners feedback is immediate and they provide support and help. House instructions very clear and very easy check in process
