This 800 square foot, newly remodeled, oceanfront guest house is located on Malibu Road, away from the noise and traffic of PCH, and within walking distance to Malibu Colony Plaza, Malibu Country Mart, and the Malibu Lumbar Yard. It's ideal for a family of 3 or 4. It has its own separate entrance from the main house and ample parking, including private parking in the driveway.
Guests can expect the following:
* Separate bedroom w/queen sized bed & en suite full bathroom
* Pull-out couch can sleep 1-2 people depending on size
* Smart TV
* Fully stocked kitchen w/coffee maker, toaster, microwave, fridge, dishwasher
* Private entrance and private deck with ocean views and electric BBQ
* Shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hairdryer
* Beach towels
* Dish soap, initial supply of paper towels
* We usually have basic kitchen staples such as oil, sugar, vinegar, spices, ziploc bags, saran wrap, etc.
* Some sand toys and beach umbrella
* Iron and ironing board
* Some games and playing cards
* Note that a washer/dryer will be made available for stays over 3 days. Otherwise, if you need extra towels or linens during your stay, please reach out to us and we can provide you will additional linens.
This house is located on a wet/dry beach. What that means is during low tides, there is beach to walk and play on but during high tide or big storms, the water may come up to the house, which may limit your access to the beach. We cannot guarantee the surf and beach conditions/access at any time so please keep this in mind when booking and check the tide charts when planning your trip and your days while staying here.
Only dogs are permitted on the Rental Property and only with the prior consent of the Owner. The pet fee includes ONE dog only. If you wish to bring more than one dog, you will be charged an additional pet fee. Visitors are not allowed to bring any dogs to the property unless approved in advance.
