Despite the available outside convenient options? I would not recommend this location due to the overall lack of staff and their performances. I had to wait 40 minutes after the official check-in because my room was not ready. Sharon was on duty at the time. I waited in my car for the duration of the delay. She was to call me once the room was available. But she didn't bother. I went back inside to learn the room was ready. She gave me the keycards for entry along with a dissmive apology so l left. When I arrived at my room (4thflr) the cards did not work. I had to go back to check in with luggage trolley in tow to have her activate the cards. The next day As I was getting dressed I noticed that my right eye was severely bloodshot. Definitely in need of medical attention. I checkout and went home. When I walked in my daughter was in shock. After I told her about my check in fiasco, informed me that I may have contracted a pinkeye infection from dirty pillows which appeared to me as having the conventional pillow cases placed on said pillows. My daughter was the primary manager at a major hotel chain. And so her action was for me to see a doctor immediately. Fortunately for me it was a reaction to allergies. However prior to the doctor's visit my daughter told me to call BW. I informed the person on duty of my dilemma and that I wanted to speak with the manager. She said he was not available. Really?? The room I reserved through Expedia had not been cleaned when I arrived late Friday night, so I was given a much smaller ADA compliant room instead. The shower is designed for use by someone while sitting so it was awkward for me to use. I was charged the price for the room I reserved and was told to obtain a refund through Expedia. I have been to this property numerous times before and it has deteriorated.

So good!
Due to fumigation in our apartment building we needed to stay at a hotel and found this on hotels.com. Our stay turned to be an amazing weekday get away. Staff is so accommodating and cheerful. We let them know that we needed to work and turn on our computers asap and if it’s possible to check in early and they let us in immediately with no issue. Complimentary breakfast and coffee/tea are additional gesture that they provide. The room was very clean, good size, quiet and airy. To tell the truth, we slept so good :) Thank you so much, Best Western team and keep up the good work!

Arrived late and check-in was quick and smooth. Received a cold bottle of water and some cookies which was a nice surprise. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best offerings I had seen in a while.
