This gated, cape cod architectural bluff property is located in an exclusive enclave on the Encinal Bluffs & features direct beach access, breath-taking ocean views & many desirable amenities.

Upon entering the property, guests are greeted by the quintessential beach house. The main floor features an open floor plan w/ tv & sitting area, dining area & fully equipped kitchen w/ marble countertops & La Cornue stove. Additional features include vaulted ceilings w/ skylights, nautical lighting fixtures, imported New Hampshire oak floors & floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that lead out to a spacious ocean view deck w/ spiral staircase up to additional rooftop deck.

Downstairs, features an extra wide hallway that leads to the primary suite w/ California King size bed, walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom. There is also a private patio with peekaboo ocean views and water feature. Lastly, there are two additional ensuite bedrooms, one of which has direct patio access & the other is a bunkroom that sleeps 6. A bonus room w/ murphy bed, kitchenette & separate entrance finish out the space.

Located in west Malibu - Just over the hill from Westlake Village, 20mins to private aviation in Camarillo & only a short drive from shopping & dining at the Trancas Country Mart, local parks & some of the best hiking trails, beaches & surf breaks in the world.

Perfect vacation house!
Loved everything about this house. The location is beautiful- the house is next to a gated paved road - a quick walk to the beach which is private and pristine. The kitchen was one of my favorite perks of the house - a chefs dream! Incredible stargazing from the balcony. Julien was very helpful when it came to navigating the particulars of the house. Hope to return soon!

Family Birthday Retreat
We had an amazing time at this property. We celebrated a milestone birthday here with our family and it was a beautiful setting with spectacular, dreamy ocean views. Spacious home with comfy beds, great kitchen to serve family and friends. Short (but steep) walk down to what felt like a private beach for walks, collecting sea glass, surfing and playing in the waves. Decor in the home is beautiful with such attention to detail. Would definitely book again!
