Location Location Location - Here you will find a warm and romantic hideaway in Beverly Hills in historic Benedict Canyon. Enjoy your morning Nespresso in a light filled kitchen with stainless steel updated Bosch appliances and beautiful working vintage gas stove w/ double ovens and double broilers - a chef’s dream. Spacious living room with formal dining room complete with a wood working fireplace, DirectTv/Smart TV with full views to the pool, gardens & private hillside. The primary bedroom is fitted with a king bed, DirectTV/Smart TV, closet and boasts a full wall of windows with private access to the outdoor oasis. The second bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom with shower, full closet and dresser, desk and smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, full closet and smart TV.

Parking for 2 cars in the driveway, Tesla charger, and 24/7 street parking with no restrictions.

BBQ like a pro and enjoy the stunning backyard with new state of the art BBQ /outdoor kitchen that includes an infrared side burner and fridge.

Please note, heating the pool is an option for $350/week. Please contact owners directly. Please note, we do not have a child safety cover or fence around the pool. Young mobile children and non-swimmers should be monitored at all times while in the backyard.
