Located 3 miles from the beach, close to shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Beautiful, spacious, well appointed 2 bedroom home / Duplex. This cozy space features 2 bedrooms, living room, one bathroom dining area and a kitchen. It has high speed internet, Wi-Fi and a 70 inch TV. It is located in the heart of South Bay, close the beach. This home has two parking spaces. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Very short 3 mile drive to the Beach!

This house is located in Torrance close to Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, El Segundo, LAX, SoFi Stadium shopping and freeways. 30 minutes or less to Crypto.com arena, Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Long Beach, West LA, Hollywood and Downtown LA. Less than 30 miles to both Universal Studios Hollywood and Disney Resort in Anaheim California. Overall, not satisfactory
To note, comfortable bed & clean linens, which was nice. My biggest concern is that someone (supposedly the cleaning person) came into the property on Sat w/o any advance notice. This is unsettling for many reasons, mostly that I did not feel safe knowing that someone would come into the property unannounced. I contacted VRBO & they had the property manager call me; he advised that it was a mix-up w/ the cleaning person & they came on the wrong day. If that is the case, then it should have been proactively communicated that there was a mix-up; I was only made aware of this after I called VRBO. Additionally, they didn't even clean everything - the trash in the kitchen was not emptied & the floor was not cleaned. They did start the dishwasher, take out the bathroom trash & took out an empty waterbottle. Also note that this is a shared property & you share a wall with another property; I could not find any mention of this on the listing. If I had known this, I would not have booked this property. I slept in the back bedroom & could hear them laughing, sneezing, talking, etc. Other things, no washclothes are provided & the sponge provided to clean the dishes was filthy. I also noted that in other poor reviews on VRBO, there is no accountability or apology from the owner, he makes execuses & refers people to check reviews on a competing platform because the property has over 400 good reviews, but if you read the description of reviews elsewhere it does not match this property.

Great home in great location
We were so happy with our Torrance stay. It was the perfect location for all we wanted to do. Very close to redondo and easy getting everywhere. Place was clean and cozy. Neighborhood was quiet, clean. Would definitely recommend!

Burned out light bulbs in the bathroom, table in kitchen was sticky and we could not get it clean, gatorade left in the freezer, condoms (unused) left in the bathroom, couch had visible dirt stains and the floors left our feet black and dirty. I don't believe this property was cleaned to Covid standards.

Disgusting
The property is old and spacious. However the internet quality was horrible. I found 3 roaches as I was cleaning the dishes I had used and happened to find raid underneath the sink which let me know that is was an issue. I could not connect any of my devices to the internet because of the internet quality. I did not eat at the property anymore after seeing the bugs.

"Charming" is not the word I would use to describe this property. I've nothing to gain by this review, but there are better places to stay. It was dark, dirty, stains on the wall, the living room furniture doesn't match the pictures (couch must be 20+ years old). And the bedrooms front a busy 4-lane street, so reviews calling this location "quiet" are not accurate. The owner doesn't give you the exact address until no refund is possible, so you've been advised...

New Year's Getaway
The property was extremely clean and the area was very peaceful and quiet. Checking in was very easy and contactless, of course the property manager is a phone call away but there was no need to come in contact. Everything was accessible, Ralph's is 2 mins away and so is the mall. Everything is in the area and overall we enjoyed our stay.
