4. Guest must report any issue one hour after checking in and host will try to address the issue as soon as possible.
5. Maximum number of guests is 5, no additional guest is allowed to enter the property without pre-approval. Violation will incur a penalty of $50 per person per day.
6. If you are a very demanding guest, please find another host.

Important parking information.
There are two units in the front. The unit that you will check in is Unit B, which is right next to the garage. So you will enter from the door right next to the garage, not the door right next to the driveway entrance.
When you arrive, you will park your car in front of the two-car garage door, please do not park your car in front of the one-car garage door so it will not block cars of guest in another unit.
