My peaceful 2-bedroom apartment has everything you need for your Long Beach trip. It is just renovated A to Z. it is very clean and natural light. The unit comes with a washer, a dryer, and a barbecue. During your stay, you can also enjoy using a convenient kitchen and living room. Our apartment is within walking distance to restaurants, bus routes, and beaches. Very cozy and warm place to spend time with families and friends. An ideal base to explore Long Beach.
Our spacious apartment unit is available for families, business groups, etc,. it is very clean and has everything what you need during your stay. We renovated all our units in the building to give our customers relax and clean space for their vacation. All the furniture and beddings are brand new. The space being offered for rent whole unit and available as a private bedroom too.
Our apartment has a spacious and bright living room. We have a 42” television in the living room that you can easily watch by stretching your feet and a DVD player that you can watch by choosing from our DVD collection. There is an air conditioner and ceiling fan to keep you cool during the hot summer days. There is a wall mounted heater that you can warm on cold evenings. There are also two pull out sofas that you can use as a bed.
The dining table, where you can have your breakfast and meals, is located in the hall of the house.
In the master bedroom there are two twin beds. Also there is an air conditioner and a ceiling fan where you can adjust the temperature of your room. There is even a desk that you can use with your laptop and a 4-drawer chest where you can put your private items.
In our other bedroom there are two single beds and a coffee table.
The kitchen is fully equipped. All you need to cook in the kitchen. (pans, pots, stoves and oven, no oil.) There is a kettle, you can use for tea or coffee. A filter coffee maker for those who wake up hard in the morning and enjoy working at night. A refrigerator and microwave oven that you can easily use. You even have a slice toaster for those who love toast at breakfast. There is also a stove and an oven. Small snacks that are served to every guest are also available in our kitchen Plates, forks, knives, spoons, cups are available in the amount you need.
The bathroom has the amount of bath towels you will need. In addition, shampoo and shower gel are offered free of charge to our guests. There is also hair dryer.
We have a free wifi connection for those who cannot live without internet.
There is also a portable heater fan that you can use at home, and a portable cooling fan.
There is a washing machine and a dryer for your clothes. Iron and ironing board too.
Vacuum cleaner if you need.
All rooms have darkening venetian blinds and Hardwood floor.
There is a barbecue in the backyard that you can share with other guests.
Our priority in the design of the house is the comfort and happiness of our guests. We really appreciate when our costumers leave our space happily that they had good experience.
This is an entire apartment unit to use. Guests will have access to all amenities. Including the kitchen, living room, closet, washer/dryer and barbecue. Families and group of friends enjoys it very much.

We don’t have a dedicated parking space for the guest unfortunately. I wish we did but this is an old neighborhood that most apartments don’t have parking space. You may need to drive around the blocks. It is street parking.
The apartment is in the corner therefore traffic runs from both streets. Some of our guests unload the car which you can pull over little further up from the bus stop and then park the car so you don’t have to carry the bags where you park.
Our apartment is gated and secure, the street might be busy, but late in the evening gets quiet.
All units and main gate have a digital keyless entrance.
I would like my guests to be comfortable and feel home as much as possible. i am open to any feedbacks from my guests to improve my apartment to be as homey as possible for one person to whole families. I would like my guests to have the best time possible.
This neighborhood is comfortable to walk around. It has restaurants, groceries, coffee shops so on.
Our apartment is 7 blocks from the beachside. It is only 20 minutes walking to beach or take biking in less than half an hour. By car it is less then 10 min.

Very good Thai restaurant two door down and delicious donuts across the street.

As we mentioned before we don’t have a dedicated parking space for the guest.
If you don’t have a car, there is a huge community of Uber and Lyft drivers available as well. Download the App UBER or LYFT and a ride can pick you up within minutes.
