Poor location , it's a decent place. Not really for me as a woman bathroom mirror was to high to get ready in , very small space in an whole,But beware there's a homeless compound outside the windows that keep you up all night !

Clean place to stay
It looks a little sketchy outside but it was clean and comfortable. Do NOT park in the wrong parking space. People were very quick to call me out on it even though I was only away from my car for long enough to grab the key and parking plackard. Other than that, good place to stay.

The apartment was spacious enough for two people. Loved the kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable. Great location as it was close to all the attractions we went to near the beach.

I needed a quick weekend stay for daytrip festival at queen mary. This location was walkable to queen mary but on a hot June day i was cooking. Overall ,maybe just me but i had a hard time with the lock to get to the keys of the place, check in for me wasn't smooth luckily owner, was responsible and helpful 👍, Overall its a cute lil spot for a single person to explore downtown long beach. Could be small for 2 people but manageable. Thanks

Great location and everything you need for a convention.
The apartment is located a couple of blocks from downtown Long Beach. Typical traffic/noise you would get from any large older building. The unit itself is clean and has everything you need. The convention center was very close. The private parking space was a huge bonus.
