Nice size room for family, bathroom was a bit outdated and soap/shampoo on shower wall was nearly empty. Not even enough for five showers if we all used a normal amount.

This was a brief stay on our way to Hawaii. I tend to stay in Embassy suites or Hampton Inns and they never disappoint. Spacious room, great breakfast and great proximity to the airport. We decided not to rent a car since the hotel has a shuttle to the airport. However, after a day we wanted to rent a car and conveniently there is one across the street at the Marriot. For us, it was the hotel we needed. Perfect few days off in LA!

We have stayed at this property at least 4 times and have always been happy. The property was still clean and check in staff was friendly. However, we were very disappointed with the on-site restaurant. You now order through an app and your order doesn't arrive very quickly, we waited over 30 minutes. Breakfast service n the lobby was good as it has been before but I don’t think we’ll be staying there again.

I liked that the property was near the airport. Didn’t like how old the facility look. Furniture peeling, old carpet. Look like it hadn’t been updated. They ran out of breakfast food on Sunday before 9:00
