Centrally located 7 minutes to SoFi Stadium and Kia Forum also close to Downtown LA, beaches, major freeways and LAX Airport. This family friendly house is great for groups up to 10 people. Includes full kitchen , smart TVs in 3 rooms and high-speed internet.s. The spacious king en-suite primary has a large walk-in closet, tub shower combo and standup shower. There are 2 bedrooms which each have queen beds and 2 other rooms with 2 full beds in each room.The pillows, comforters, linens, and towels are all fresh. There are new basic amenities replaced consistently in the bathrooms. Enjoy the full-size kitchen with refrigerator, gas range, microwave and dishwasher. Includes coffee and tea station, blender, silverware, plates, cups, pots and pans.
The original vinyl flooring throughout, recessed lighting, dual pane windows and central HVAC system complement the trade wind breeze that cools the neighborhood daily.The backyard has an area made for lounging perfect for entertaining day or night.

Great location, clean, spacious and perfect for families traveling in big groups . Our 15 passenger van fit perfect in the driveway and the neighborhood was quiet and respectful. We would stay here again in the future.

Convenient location
The house is about 8 minutes to the Sofi Stadium and the neighborhood is quiet. The house has plenty of space even for a large family. Beds are comfortable. The second floor had no A/C but both rooms upstairs have celling fans and that helped keep them cool enough to sleep comfortably. Host was responsive and answered all our questions. Overall, we would stay here again in the future.

One of the best places I’ve rented in the L.A. area, plenty of bedrooms and beds, a big kitchen and living room, garden, etc. Also, takes a 30 min drive to all the places you want to visit, such as: Hollywood bldv, Venice and Santa Monica, Long Beach, Downtown, Universal Studios. Cathy is very responsive, and helps you in everything you need. I hardly recommend this property!

This house was perfect for my friends and family getaway weekend. With 5 bedrooms, there was plenty of space to sleep, multiple living rooms and a good size kitchen/dining room. It came equipped with everything we needed and the host was very prompt at responding to all communication. Highly recommend for the price and location as well. Would stay here again anytime!

Cozy large home with new furniture and very clean and close to the sofi stadium. Every room was well stocked and beds were neatly made. Cathy was very responsive, accommodating and easy to communicate with. She even came by to change out the thermostat batteries. 10/10 would recommend this place and will definitely book it again next time!!!
