No where did I see anywhere that I would be charged large fees for parking in your garage. Hidden fees makes any stay no fun!

No hot water suddenly while I am showering. I am nearly getting sick. Some power issue due to power testing maintenance. But hotel fix this problem later and upgrade my room as compensation. One service manager is amazing at solving problem. But some front desk people are poor at listening customers’ requests.
