Due to the weather, I couldn’t make my flight and I called to cancel my reservation. All of a sudden I see a charge on my credit card for $412 and come to find out that the hotel tried to charge me for the entire state versus just one day. Luckily, I use a prepaid card that I only transfer money over to when I’m about to check into a hotel so this way there are no problems. A lady from the Hotel called me to try and receive my credit card information for me to pay even after I told her that I couldn’t make it due to weather and that I had called and canceled the day before with someone. She kept me on the phone for 15 minutes to try to see if I could remember who I talked to rather than just Except that I wasn’t gonna be there except my reasoning why and also since I’m an IHG member except my status. I felt very attacked and I will never book that hotel again.

They had broken items at breakfast day two for us like the pancake machine was down and the bacon was overly crispy boarderline burnt. And we didn't recieve items in our room we normally do like makeup removing wipes. We stayvat holiday inn quite frequently and this location was different then most.
