We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean , comfortable and a great location. Having bathroom for each room was definitely a win ! We will book again.

Stained comforters and mattresses
The listing location is inaccurate! The property is not near Beverly Hills but in middle of Hollywood and not a great location. Beds were gross: all sheets had hair on them, comforters had brown stains on them and mattresses were heavily stained. Towels had hair and stains on them. We spent our first evening washing all the bedding and towels. All smoke detectors on the first floor were removed which is against codes/regulations. Mattress and comforter were so soiled in master bedroom that they were unusable. My husband had to sleep on the sofa and I was stuck in an uncomfortable twin bed. Our kids had the other two bedrooms after we washed everything. The sheets were so thin and cheap and the pillows were stuffed with cut up foam. The floors were super dirty. I used wipes to try and clean it but it did not help. The construction quality of this place is poor. The floors were warped and bathroom door wouldn't shut in one of the upstairs bathrooms. We could hear the neighbors talking in the mornings through the walls. We wanted to check out after the first night but host and VRBO wouldn't give us a refund. Not even for the cleaning fee. We asked for a mattress topper and some extra laundry detergent and we got the laundry detergent & two towels but they never addressed the dirty bedding or mattresses or non-existent smoke detectors on the 1st floor. Just an awful experience! We left after 2 nights out of a 4 night stay and checked into a hotel.

LA Stay for tourists
Overall this is a nice home, great location and good accommodations. They can do better in terms of adding more to the kitchen supplies - pots, pans, cups, glasses etc. And also some furniture like additional side tables etc. rest all is great.

Such a blessing! Very clean and updated. Loved the street as well as central location to many attractions. Bedrooms all had bathrooms and exceptional kitchen!

Fun Trip to LA
My best friend and I took our 3 college kids for a celebration trip to LA and we weren’t sure what to expect from our newly listed VRBO rental. We were pleasantly surprised to find it a great/modern space that was in a good central spot to everywhere we wanted to go — Melrose, the Grove, Erewhon, Schwartz and Sandy’s, etc. and not too far in LA terms from 3rd St Promenade in Santa Monica. Love the balcony, the comfortable beds, the rain showers, bathrooms for every room, and the walkable neighborhood. AC worked great during a heat wave. Will look for this place again in our next trip to LA.
