This hotel is beautiful! I chose this last minute and was so glad I did. Staff is very nice and accommodating, they keep the property very clean, I saw the staff there all day cleaning rooms and the property. The bidet is nice. Even though the hot tub was not in servive during my stay I loved using the steam room and sauna with the eucalyptus towels and enjoying my morning coffee on the rooftop. Place was amazing. Great location and very clean. Will definitely stay here again!

Hotel was clean and well maintained for a new property. Only things that would be nice are black out curtains and more sound proofing being right next to a train depot. It reminds me of being in New York. City life and noise 24/7. If someone is a light sleeper, you may want to see if there are other rooms available on the other side of the hotel that may be quieter. The door handle latch on the inside of the balcony door was very jagged and cut my finger open by my knuckle on my index finger more than once trying to open the door to the balcony. May want to have someone take a look at that so no one else gets hurt. Looks like someone tried to pry open the door with a crow bar and left a bunch of sharp edges on the inside latch. It’s close to the pike as well as many other things with in walking distance. Food, attractions, shopping etc..overall decent hotel.

Hotel itself was clean, comfortable and area was walkable to tourist areas like the Pike. However the corner had a lot of homeless and at night it was loud with shouting and the homeless population playing music for most of the night which made it difficult to sleep.

Location of hotel was prime long beach! You get the beach and also what else comes with that. The hotel itself is simple but in a good way. Check in was smooth. Finding my room was easy. Awesome amenities and quick staff responses to any inquiry I had. Would stay again on my next visit to LBC.

The room was very nice and we used the hot tub. The rooftop is also very nice and we sat up there. We liked our balcony. It was on light rail line, but it wasnt noisy for us.

At checkin the lobby music was very explicit F this songs. Numerous people checking in to party and check in person did not care. Same later that night. VERY noisy hotel. ZERO amenities. Looks like a hospital, zero artwork etc.
