My tv is not working. The bath tub does not close for a bath. There is no parking. The elevator in the public parking lot is out of order. The stairs in the parking lot really dirty and smells of urine. Awful place to stay. I made a mistake. Stopped at another Hyatt further and it was the wrong place. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Totally fake advertisement!! No more Hyatt for me. Nobody to help with my luggage’s. Go to Marriott! Don’t stay at this place!!!
