Pets are allowed in this property and our pet fee is $200 per pet per trip that will be charged upon booking confirmation.
Please let us know what kind of pet you will be bringing and its breed so we can prepare the cleaning team.
Upon booking, one of our property managers will reach out to you and will offer a call for guest verification. We do this to ensure that we build a mutual understanding with our guests in relation to the property that they booked. We also ask our guests to sign a pool waiver for safety and precaution only.

Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

~ No Parties/Events
~ Do not unplug our smart devices such as; cameras, noise devices, wifi devices etc.
~ Do not move our furniture. If you have to, please put it back the way you found it.
~ Do not litter around the neighborhood.
~ Third party booking must be disclosed explicitly.
# Booking Requirements:
~ We call all of our guests as part of our verification process given that we had multiple issues in the past relating to guests that aren't who they say they are.
~ No calls means no check-in.

~ Undisclosed Pet $300 per pet.

# Extra cleaning request and Essentials
~ Only a starter kit is provided to the guests. If you’ll need me more, it’ll have to be under your expense.
~ We offer mid-stay clean for the same rate as your cleaning fee. This includes standard cleaning, changing of linens, disinfection and re-supplying the starter kit.
# Things to note:
~ Any house rule violations will be subject to cancellation with a refund based on our cancellation policy. We will be reasonable as much as possible to make this an overall great stay between the both of us.
~ We would like to inform you that we offer all the amenities listed in our advertisement, however, it's important to note that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to functionality issues with our amenities. These issues may be caused by natural disasters, previous guests, or normal wear and tear. We want to assure you that we conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of all our appliances and amenities.
~ If, by any chance, you encounter any problems with our appliances or amenities during your stay, we kindly request that you give us the opportunity to address and rectify the issue before considering any cancellations. We ask you to consider this before booking our home.
# Guest Responsibilities:
~ Lost and found item - $50 convenience fee + shipping
~ Broken/Stolen Items - guests will be responsible for the repair cost/shipping/ etc.
~ If the guest throws a party at the house and gets the house reported to the police or local authorities, we’ll be forced to cancel your booking and we’ll have to ask you to leave our premises without any refund.
~ If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
~ Only registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at any time. We do not permit additional visitors in the daytime or nighttime. Other side there will be an additional charge.
~ If you plan to have visitors, they NEED to be included in the number of guests you indicated at the time you make your booking. - provide their names and age.
~ The earliest access to the house is 4 pm. Unless agreed otherwise with the hosts.
# HVAC rules:
~ We ask that you can help us conserve energy by leaving the AC at 76 degrees whenever you leave the house or before your checkout. Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes.
~ In any case, if the AC does not cool, we will not be held accountable for sending HVAC to fix the issue, the same goes for issuing you a refund if in any case, you wish to cancel and leave the house.
# Early check-in
~ We are more likely to know if early check-in is available at least a day before you arrive.
~ Early check-in before 12 noon shall require you to book the previous night at a discounted price.
~ Early check-in within 12 noon to 2pm will be at $100
~ Early check-in 2pm onward before 4 pm will be at $60.
# Late check out
~ Check out strictly at 11am if you’ll need more time, please communicate with our team. If you’ll need extra time like up until 1pm and so on, we ask for you to book the next night. (please inquire about booking the extra night we’re happy to throw you some discounts)
# Pet Rules
~ We have a $200 PER Pet fee for pets disclosed prior to booking. Meaning if you are bringing 1 pet it's $200 , two pets $400, and so on.
~ There will be a $300 charge for unauthorized/undisclosed pets pre-booking. You must inform us first that you will be bringing a pet.
~ Please be responsible with your pet and make sure to put away the animal waste, otherwise you’ll cover for animal waste control charged by our cleaners.
~ Please be well-informed that we are a pet-friendly home. We promise our guests that we are thorough with our cleaning; however, if you have any pet-allergies we suggest for you to take this part in consideration before booking your stay with us.
~ Service animals or Emotional support animal must be disclosed prior to your check-in or we’ll assume that you brought a pet and process an Airbnb claim
~ Service animals and ESA are to be off the furniture, potty-trained and house-trained. You’ll be responsible if they shed, make a mess or if extra cleaning will be required after the stay.
