Built on the sand, right over top of Malibu’s Carbon Beach, this beachfront villa is the epitome of the Malibu lifestyle.
Nicknamed “Billionaire’s Beach”, this stretch of coast is home to some of the most amazing architectural achievements in the country, and this private beach home is no exception. This classic beach home, is a private rental that is thoughtfully decorated with contemporary art and designer furniture. The living spaces are open concept, flowing freely into each other from the balcony and in. In fact, the length of the living room offers both windows and access to the deck and into the sand, allowing you to see and enjoy the home from nearly all corners of the home.
With accommodations for eight, Carbon Beach is equipped for any occasion. Guests will be entertained by several TVs all with YouTube TV. Outside on the balcony, relax in sun loungers while you enjoy your panoramic ocean view. Or, take a walk just beyond the deck and see what the water is like with your beachfront access. Later, when the sun has set, Carbons’ master bedroom has a king sized bed, ensuite and tub with ocean views, waiting for you.
If you’d like to get out and enjoy more of Los Angeles County’s beautiful natural features, start with Topanga State Park, located in the mountains of Santa Monica. If you’ve got a golf enthusiast in the group, West Lake and Sherwood Golf Courses are a short drive from Carbon Beach, both are amazingly scenic courses. And of course, nearby cities Beverly Hills, Hollywood, and downtown Los Angeles are all packed with tourist attractions.
The entire home is available to guests with the exception of a few select closets that may be locked off for personal/private items of owners & staff and the Garage is off limits and not accessible to guests.

Carbon Beach is a long south-facing beach in front of stunning beachfront homes in Eastern Malibu. This mile-long beach is between the Malibu Pier at Surfrider Beach and Carbon Canyon Road. Carbon Beach has been nicknamed “Billionaire’s Beach” because of the lavish houses owned by famous celebrities and CEO’s that have been built right at the water’s edge. This eastern access to Carbon Beach has been called the David Geffen Access because it is next to his house and because he fought for years to deny a public easement at this location. In 2007 David agreed to provide a public beach access next to his large property along Pacific Coast Highway. You’ll find this open gate at the address 22126 PCH in Malibu. Carbon Beach is a gradually sloping beach which makes it great for taking off your shoes and kicking around in the shallow surf. Just note that at high tides the beach is mostly, if not all, wet. This eastern section of Carbon Beach is a smooth sandy beach that is fine for walking and sunbathing if you don’t mind the lack of solitude (which is typical of many Malibu beaches). The California Coastal Commission publishes a satellite photo map that shows all the beach easements for Carbon Beach, but since this beach is all wet at high tide, the entire beach surface is public. Look for parking spaces along the highway and be careful not to block any garages or driveways.

Please note this home is located on the sand / at the beach and by renting you agree that any issues due to the home's proximity to the sand/saltwater including but not limited to windows with a film layer, doors harder to open, metal that is corroded or rusted eg, is not eligible for a refund, credit, or cancellation without penalty.
NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
- Primary renter must be over the age of 30, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside Airbnb.
- Host may request a photocopy of renter's ID for verification before check-in.

Pet Policy:
-One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
-Pet fee is required and non refundable: $250
-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
-Please do not let your dog go in the pool or spa, when available, to avoid additional charges.

If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
PET ETIQUETTE:
- Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
- Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
- Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
- Keep them on leash while outside the home.
- Always pick up after your dog.
- Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.
This Short Term Rental Agreement is between AIR CONCIERGE INC. (herein referred to as “Manager” or “Property Manager”) on behalf of and in accord with the Property Owner ("Owner") and you as Guest (or “Occupant” or “Renter”) of the date set forth on the reservation details confirmation noted on the confirmation which shall be received by the Parties via email as well as provided in the Airbnb.com software.
