Staff was absolutely amazing. Property seems little beat up, sink and toilet problems in our room but wasn’t too bad. Location is pretty convenient but menu bar or valet parking was expensive

Had stayed here when property first opened I think in the 90s. The sky lounge is quite different now ,tented. The old terrace was beautiful with white lounges and white draped pavilion. It now is more of a Club which is noisy if you stay on that side of the Hotel. We had a small suite beautifully appointed and ate at the restaurant for breakfast. the food was good and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Love the pool area/ rooftop And location. Probably my 7-8th time staying here. Third time i have no hot water and they have to move me to an other room, annoying having to pack my stuff just to move one floor over. Checked in at 2am Valet dude had nasty actitud, walked to front desk and mf on desk also had a actitud.

All the staff, food excellent service everyone in the facility was excellent. The rooms need some renovations, especially the bathroom. Peeling wallpaper, water damage to drywall and baseboard and warped door from water damage bathroom.
