The place was clean and had everything we needed. After several nights in hotels it was good to have a place to spread out, do some laundry, and relax. My only complaint is that the street was narrow and getting into the driveway was challenging due to cars parked on the street.

Cute and well kept place
The place was perfect for my needs. Having a full kitchen to use was great, the back yard was a tranquil escape and the neighbors were all very friendly. The owner reached out to make sure all was well and I would definitely stay here again when I'm in Long Beach!

Cute Colorful Cottage
It was fabulous to be the first guest in this cottage. Very cute and functional cottage close to the 710 freeway and shopping areas. Would love to find something like this to move into permanently. Very nice.

There was some initial confusion on how to check in, only because I had assumed the communication would come through VRBO and didn’t see that the property management company had actually just sent a direct email with all the info! The unit was cute and exactly what we needed. Unfortunately we chose to stay during the 4th of July, not realizing that every other house on the street (and in the city) would be setting off illegal fireworks all night and into the morning. As a result, we checked out in the middle of the night because our dogs were just terrified of all the noise. We would stay here again, just not on the 4th! Lol

Cute little stay
The house is perfect size just for my husband, son and I. We struggled to find the actual home by the address number, until I remember the house was red so I was grateful for the bright color (we came in at night). We had originally pulled into some else’s driveway. I wouldn’t recommend traveling with a big truck cause there isn’t really any street room and the driveway is a bit small but we were totally fine in a car. The home had EVERYTHING we needed. Random, but I loved the towels! :) super cozy, comfortable and perfect for a quick weekend trip.

Great Location, Low on Comfort
The little is home is the perfect mid-way point for LAX, Anahiem, Inglewood, and more. About a 25 minute drive from LAX without traffic and 45 minute drive with. Perfect place to stay, if you plan to stay on the go. There's a lime tree in the backyard and the set-up is easy to navigate. Now the cons, the bed is extremely uncomfortable. Small, hard, and felt uneasy for a couple to sleep on. The exiting requirements are a bit much to have a cleaning fee included and a tip envelope displayed on one of the main tables when you walk in. Would I book again? No. The bed is what killed it. I woke up every morning annoyed at how I couldn't rest.

Needs cleaning
Property has great character but hasnt been properly cleaned in quite some time. Dirt/dust on many surfaces and corners. Dried food on some utensil, stains and dried specks of food on ottoman. Bed not tidy and mattress pad had hair on it(ick) . Shower curtain was discussing and the property cleaning lady replaced it but ignored the rest.Talked to the owner and she said “its not a fancy hotel”. The owner agreed to refund the cleaning fee, but, never sent it.

Small little house
It had everything needed for a good stay. It is small I mean really small! The neighborhood is quiet but tight it is a 2 way street that should be a 1 way! The a/c units woek very well. The bed was comfy even if it moved to get in it! The car barely fit in the driveway we had a full size suv since we were traveling with a bicycle.
