Great property in a quiet pocket neighborhood close to LAX, SoFi, USC, and Coliseum. Be sure to go to Made Burger while your there.

Overnight Stay
We had a great stay! The location was perfect and we felt very safe in the area. We were arriving from the airport and really appreciated the snacks that were available; it was a nice touch when we were pressed for time and feeling hungry. Check-in was smooth and easy, and having onsite parking was a huge plus. The queen bed was a bit squeaky, which was a little distracting, and we did notice a distinct smell in the house that could have been addressed. A bit more cleaning would have made our stay even better. Overall, though, we enjoyed our time and would consider staying again!

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. We arrived after dark and the house was very easy to find and open up. The house was very clean and there were plenty of amenities on site. A perfect location for an LA concert weekend! The neighborhood is so cute and very quiet!

Great weekend stay
We were traveling to LA for an event at Sofi Stadium and were so glad to pick this spot as it was conveniently located right next to the freeway and close to the beaches, so it allowed us to cover a lot of things. The neighborhood is peaceful and there is plenty of street parking available, along with a spot on the far west side of the driveway. Craig was great to communicate with and had arranged a lot of nice amenities for us in the house which we really appreciated.

My parents, sister and I had a wonderful week long stay here coming from Winnipeg, Manitoba! The neighbourhood is peaceful and the house itself was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. Craig was very quick to respond to all my messages, even late in the evening, which was really appreciated! Great place, great host, no complaints! Summer dance intensive home base
We came to LA so my teen daughter could participate in a summer dance intensive and we wanted an affordable home within easy driving distance of Loyola Marymount. This home was perfect! Cozy, clean, in a quiet and comfy neighborhood. Craig was super kind and we appreciated knowing he was nearby in case of problems. There were plenty of small amenities ready for us on check in, so it really did feel like we were staying with friends. Plenty of linens, toilet paper, laundry on site. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks, Craig!
