When I went to work and my girlfriend was alone in the hotel, the neighbor from 222 was able to use his key to open our door at 223. The fact that the card for 222 worked to open my door at 223 is extremely concerning. I tried to get in touch with the manager but he/she never called back. Stayed there for 4 days and it was on our last night so I couldn't get any reimbursement but I would like an apology and some kind of compensation from Expedia and Ramada in koreatown location. Extremely disappointing.

I did not end up staying, I checked in and then realized there was zero security for the garage, the elevator to the guest rooms, or the hallways leading to the rooms. There were no locked doors and no passkey required for any of these part of the facility, just the rooms themselves. Anyone could walk in off the street and access the garage, the elevator and the hallways. The front desk staff was understanding and accommodating. She said I would not be charged when I told her I wanted to cancel, yet I was still charged. Also, the furniture in the room had a layer of dust on it that suggested it had not been used or thoroughly cleaned in awhile. Paid more to stay elsewhere at the last minute but it was worth it for the peace of mind. Now I just have to try to get my money back…

The property was very very outdated. The hallway carpet was also very dingy and not to mention that even tho the say “non-smoking” the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. We stayed in the second floor and we could hear everything happening above us. In the morning the staff is very loud and you can hear everything through the doors and under the door because of how large the gap is from the door to the floor. I will say tho that our bed was clean and so was the bathroom and room.
