It’s an airport hotel, so take it as is. The breakfast was very expensive for the quality of food on offer. Service was polite, if a bit stretched. The best part was the NU Car Rental on the property. We were able to return the rental car to the garage of the Renaissance Hotel. This saved us the hassle of having to wait and take a shuttle from the rental return to the hotel. At LAX it is a quite inconvenient and time-consuming. I would say that we saved at least 45 minutes to an hour. The hotel and the car rental should do joint marketing. It’s a winner!

This was perfect for myself and my family. We stayed in the king suite, we had no issues, the staff was friendly and accommodating, we were able to order food from the restaurants directly from our room and we were close to the airport as well. I would definitely visit again.
