Though we have stayed at this property before and had a great experience; this time I was extremely disappointed. Upon check in, they can see we have 6 people and was not offered linen for the pull out bed or sofa. I went back down to the lobby, and was told he would get it for me in a bit, i stated I would wait as I have kids that have been driving for hours that are tired and was told it would take awhile as he was just clocking in. This turned into a 45 min wait for bed stuff.
I believe my biggest disappointment was the fact we were there for 3 days and booked for 6 people. We were told they clean the room every other day, which was fine, but when you return from your second day at 6 flags (3rd day at hotel), to find no clean towels and garbage still full and beds unmade, i was very upset. I went to customer service, because my phone didnt work in the room and was told there was nothing that could be done, they had no cleaning staff on duty. All they could do was bring me a garbage bag and towels.
