Located right in the heart of downtown Long Beach. Just a few minutes away from Junipero Beach and walking distance to a wide array of restaurants and shops.

Fully remodeled 4th floor studio featuring brand new wood flooring, designer furniture, custom french shutters and vintage charm. Great for long or short business trips or getaways. Just a 2 block walk to the beach and convention center. Great restaurants downstairs and nearby, entertainment, and tourist attractions. Close to LAX and LGB. Washer/dryer on-site and a balcony with ocean views to enjoy your morning coffee. Free parking space in a secure parking lot right around the corner from the building.

Long Beach downtown
The owner (Luis) is great - I'm a grandmother and he had to hand-hold me through the first 36 hours getting stuff figured out. If you are mobility-impaired (uh, or just an geezer) getting in and out of the bed one has to crawl up was a pain in the neck, but otherwise I loved the location, the building, the downtown energy of this place.

Nice little spot of the beach
This is a nice little place with several options for entertainment. There’s several things, including the beach within walking distance. Cute little balcony for coffee in the morning or you have the option of a little coffee shop. Very cute would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay
Luis was very communicative during the entire process of checking in. Also followed up to see how everything was going. Location was incredible and the apartment was fantastic. The only downside if anything was the bathroom sink. A bit quirky but workable. Building is extremely secure and everyone there were helpful. Overall a great stay and hope to be back soon! Perfect Downtown Getaway!
This was a perfect home-base for a career conference at the Long Beach convention center, complete with secure garage parking! So many terrific restaurants within easy walking distance! Luis was extremely communicative and accomodating, and we couldn't have asked for things to go more smoothly!

The building is a Historic Landmark build 100 years ago. It is not flawless but it has some genuine character and charm. Bathroom took a little getting used to but the restaurant below had some live music over the weekend. A Vons is 2 blocks away and there are many convenient transportation options.

Fabulous on all points
This place is super cute. Perfect for what I was looking for. The place was clean and has everything you need plus a few extras. Convention Center, shopping and the LB aquarium are all in walking distance. Plenty of restaurants to choose from, really nicely located. There’s even a coffee shop and restaurant in the building which made it very convenient. The check in and out process was simple and clearly explained in the instructions. The host was very responsive and had great recommendations. It was truly a great experience.

The Vrbo site was down for two days before my check in date. Fortunately, Luis did an excellent job of guiding me through the process or I would have been helpless. Also, the kitchen sink was clogged. Luis was very responsive with a solution. His personal touch made a huge difference in what could have been a negative experience. Perfect Choice in downtown Long Beach!
The apartment was perfect! Right in downtown and easy walking to everything cool in Long Beach! The secured parking that comes with the apartment is such a nice bonus! The apartment itself felt very safe and comfy. The little balcony was perfect for people watching and morning coffee. ❤️ It was very clean and the owners very responsive and helpful! The value for this stay was amazing! No where else in downtown will you find this! Such a gem! We will definitely be back on our next time to Long Beach!!

Excellent Stay
This is more than just a studio as it's nice sized with good sized bed, a nice couch, plenty of drawers to put clothes in, and pretty much a full kitchen. Laundry is in the basement and accepts credit cards (but not the detergent which accepts only coins). This is a nice historic building in Long Beach and is close to the convention center, many restaurants, and the beach. Parking is available with a parking structure that works with the building's owner and is pretty much easy. If I wasn't getting a second home in Long Beach, I'd strongly consider staying here again. The owner was also very communicative, helping me get through the lockbox and other logistics smoothly. The only snag during my stay was the dishwasher leaked soap but he offered to send someone that same day, but I advised him since I mostly ate out this trip to have it looked at more properly afterwards. Overall, good stay, good building, and definitely great unit.

I checked in but didn't stay in the property! It was impossible to use the very dirty mattress and bed sheets. The bed sheets were used, probable by a previous guest, and the mattress and its' protector were dirty and damage as well. Not to mention some strange absorbent papers that we found under the mattress protector. It was impossible to lay down in the bed under such terrible unsafe conditions. I didn’t stay in the property a single minute and immediately moved out to a near hotel. This was communicated immediately to the host with pictures, and the unit's keys were returned next day. The host Mrs. Luis Reina said I need to talk to you as she couldn’t do anything. The problem was also reported to Vrbo. Support Team on Nov 20th, via phone and e-mail (support_vrbo@vrbo.com) including pictures to demonstrate the problem. I want a refund!

Luis was a wonderful host, really appreciate everything he did for my wife and I. Leaving roses was a wonderful additional touch to the place. He checked in on us during our stay to make sure everything was to our liking. Made recommendations as to where to eat and didn’t disappoint. We stayed for an entire week at Luis place, upon arriving we left quick to go eat when we returned later the day we realized the floor was a bit dirty we notify Luis and he sent someone to clean up. Was really impressed on how quickly he took care of this. The place has a AC unit and small electronic firewood heater which is perfect for the space. AC really cooled down the place quickly when needed. Kitchen has utensils needed to cook if you wish to do so. We didn’t use any of it but it’s there if you need it. Filter pitcher in the refrigerator is a great additional perk if you don’t wish to buy water. Coffee machine is there also to make some coffee, which you can enjoy on the balcony early mornings. Best part you can head downstairs to the two coffee shops and just buy. One offers a larger menu for food and sandwiches which is great for a quick bite. The space is located really close to plenty of restaurants to chose from. There is also a place to go grocery shopping at, less than a 7-10 minute walk away. The sleeping arrangements could be a little better. The bed is in between a enclosed space so only way onto the bed is to climb in from the foot of the bed. Same way into the bed is the same way off the bed. Bed isn’t the worst bed, but the issue is the squeaky of the bed while getting on and off the bed. Upgrading the bed, bedding, and pillows would definitely increase the value of this place. When it comes to hospitality business white bedding and pillow cases is key to showcase the cleanliness of the place. Bathroom does it’s job, just very small for females to get ready. There were shampoo and conditioner supplied along with more than enough T.P. Can’t tell you how many time I stayed at places where we are staying over 5 days and half a roll is given. Overall we had a great stay and loved that we were 30 minutes to Hollywood and Disneyland location since those were some places we visited. Train station is very close by as well but we Uber everywhere instead. $35-45 to Disney depending what time you are leaving. Same price for Hollywood area. Thank you Luis for allowing us to stay.

Superb host, cute place - great experience.
Luis was a superb host with excellent communication skills. He was always quick to respond and proactive in checking in every few weeks if he hadn't heard from me. The place is very cute and comfortable with a balcony to view the ocean and historic dowtown Long Beach beautifully lit at night. The balcony is also great for people watching with the busy 555 East steakhouse directly across the street, Modica's Deli directly below (sometimes hosting live music in the warmer months) and the constant activity along Ocean Boulevard. I will seek out this rental again when staying in Long Beach.

Long Beach getaway
We went to Long Beach for a weekend getaway and to experience the Lobster festival..which I highly recommend. The apartment did not disappoint. It is an old building but with that came a lot of charm. The building was advertising a social BBQ on Sunday and even though we dont live there, they were very kind and invited us several times. I was concerned about the bed being to small but we actually slept pretty comfortably. The restroom is definitely not a girls best friend when it come to getting ready, but the apartment had plenty of mirrors to do your make up and hair. The balcony was wonderful, we sat out there both evening. The location was great. Lots to do. We were lucky that they had a street party/festival on our street with lots of live music and venders. The apartment is stocked up with everything you need. We were surprised to see they even had beach chairs and umbrella if we wanted to hangout on the beach. The owner Luis was very kind. There was a misunderstanding on checking in but Luis answered my call very quickly and was extremely helpful. He even checked in on us during our stay to see if everything was going well. Overall, we enjoyed our weekend and would recommend to anyone!

Excellent Location!
We very much enjoyed our stay at this Condo. It was perfect and what we needed post wedding festivities. The location was perfect. Walking distance to everything in Downtown Long Beach. I would highly recommend this place to any friend or family member as an alternate to a hotel. It is more cozy than a hotel room and you get a balcony that has a great view! We ate out every day we stayed here, but kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal and eat peacefully on the bistro set on the balcony. We will definitely stay here again when we need another vacation because the price cannot be beat! The building's charm was immediately transparent when we noticed the classic elevator dial indicator. Check in was a breeze! Luis was very communicative and checked in periodically. Parking is a covered garage 1 block away, so easy!! The building has 1 designated loading spot (painted white curb) that we used to loading and unloading luggage. I grew up in LA and am used to the one way streets, Long Beach is beautiful but can be a pain if you aren't used to a bustling downtown scene. Be patient and study your maps so you know exactly at what cross streets you need to be. The address is on Ocean Blvd, but the entrance is on the west side of the street on Linden Ave. Anyway, we loved our adventures in Long Beach this year and thank Luis for allowing us the opportunity to stay here. Sanctuary after Disneyland
This studio apartment was great for a two person getaway. It was very clean, homey, and comfortable. The host had some items that we could take to the beach, chairs, towels, and a umbrella. The beach was more of a 10 minute walk but still easily accessible. The host provides an AC unit which made the room whatever temp we wanted, especially cold, which was amazing after coming back from the hot sun! Checking in and out was easy to follow and the host made sure everything was going smoothly. Wifi was great. The parking garage is down the street so parking in front of the apartments at the meters to bring your stuff in and out is easier then we parked in the garage. There is a nice cafe right next to the entrance, great wine! The host provided hotel soap in the bathroom but if you are staying multiple nights , bring your own. The sink is small but big enough to wash your hands. The instructions to checking out were simple. Overall, great stay to be by the beach and be 30 minutes from Disneyland and 5 minutes away from Catilina Express Ferry Port.
