I love this hotel. The rooms the showers to the out door decro is so modern and chic. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Will be returning soon!

The property is promoted as being a Luxury Experience, however that is definitely not close to what is being offered. They have a 3-Star Diamond rating from 2020 on the wall. I'm not sure Luxury and this rating go together. The building looks like a renovated Motel, with minimal upgrades to turn profits. The outside area is not flattering at all. You get weird vibes immediately. Once you locate the entrance, its okay. But as you walk through the hallways toward your room, you see wallpaper that is peeling and it starts to feel gloomy. Once you enter the room and flip the light switch, the neon blue light feels cheap. It doesn't feel family friendly. The bathroom was cheaply remodeled and I didn't even use the shower. Despite bringing my flip flops with me as a standard precaution. The mattress felt broken and had no support. Thankfully they did have a mattress cover. The staff were great! Esther was super friendly and welcoming. The bartender was a gentleman and very accommodating. My room had a cleaning product smell, so I'm sure they clean the room as best as they can. However, its the details for me and the fact that it's being promoted as a luxury hotel doesn't sit well. My toilet seat was painted, and had no enamel. You could see where it had been sanded. The furniture in the room looked, and felt cheap. The marketing team did an excellent job with the photos and videos as I was sold! Not luxury.

Room was very spacious with a tiny toilet vs size of room. Floor apparently has not been cleaned for sometime as after walking barefoot one morning, my soles were shockingly very dirty. Plus after room make up service, cleaning person didn’t left used towel on the shower bench including soap wrapper plus didn’t replenish sugar packets.

Overall the property is just fine. However, I noticed that the tub in my room had strands of someone else's hair in it. No way you could miss that much hair. asked the front desk if I could have JUST the tub cleaned and NOT the rest of the room (it did not need to be cleaned) and when I returned at the end of the day everything EXCEPT the tub was cleaned and I ended up cleaning the tub myself.

The initial contact with front desk felt unwelcoming. There was a couple checking in ahead of us. Felt like the front desk associate was more courteous to them. I had to ask the questions that he should have been providing details of the hotel. I was less then thrilled with our first floor room next to the lobby. We added the romance package and that was not a romantic location at all. We did inquire room availability with pool view. The associate was able to accommodate our request. After that the experience was awesome and did feel like a getaway while on the property. We plan on going back in warmer weather. It was raining but still fun.

The Cove is a hidden gem. When you pull up it’s very lack luster but right behind reception is an oasis. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the bar was excellent. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Thank you for the great stay.
