We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey. Our time there was truly enjoyable, and we especially loved the Club Level option — it made our experience even more special. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was fantastic. I would like to give special recognition to Rosy, the wonderful lady who worked on our floor. She truly made my day with her warm, positive attitude and exceptional service. She is one of the best hospitality professionals we’ve ever met, and she added such a personal touch to our stay. Even though we live in the area, we will definitely be coming back. I highly recommend this hotel — and if you meet Rosy during your visit, you’re lucky!
