Tulum Style in Sherman Oaks

***PLEASE read rules/policies and all listing details carefully before booking.

-Just to clarify, this house is a duplex. Your space, indoor and out, are entirely private. Only the parking lot is shared. The back house is being used at the moment but they do not have access to the backyard.

***Important***
-NO parties allowed. You will be charged for violation of rules and your money will NOT be refunded.

***If more than 10 people at any time are found to be on the property, it will be considered as a party/gathering and we will charge a fine that night.

-We charge $250 per day if you would like to heat the pool/hot tub!

-Please keep noise volume/music to a minimum when outdoors. We respect our neighbors!

***Smoking is allowed only OUTSIDE—NO smoking inside the premises!
Guests acknowledge the premises are designated as smoke-free INSIDE of the property and agree not to smoke INSIDE the premises. This includes, but is not limited to: tobacco, marijuana, any other substance and/or vaping chemicals. In any case a guest smokes/vapes on the premises, guest agrees to pay a penalty fee for violation

This property provided me with an amazing experience. It had an open floor plan with a lot of space. The pool area outside was also very nice & enjoyable. The host was very communicative and answered any questions I had instantly. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking around on Vrbo .
