Beautiful home and location
This space was beautifully decorated and is exactly as pictured. They were responsive to messages in a timely manner. The location worked perfectly for my activities of my visit. Please remember to stick with necessary supplies in the future

Don’t stay here.
We couldn’t get the gate code luckily there was a gate that never closed. I tried to contact the owner never got a reply. The carpet was filthy. The refrigerator was old no ice or water not even an ice cube tray. No hand soap in the bathroom. No toiletries at all. 2 towels and one wash cloth. There was a fan in one bedroom that couldn’t be turned off also in the living room. No wine glasses. No coffee pot. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was nice.

I liked how the host was flexible when an unforseen medical issue came up causing us to shorten our trip. I also liked the responsiveness of the host in addressing issues, such as Netflix not being installed on the Roku, a clogged bathtub, and nails sticking out from the carpeting between the master bedroom and dining room area. I am a bit surprised all of these were issues to begin with, but thanks to the host for responding to concerns and sending in maintenance. The area is very nice and I love the pool setup and fitness center. Some areas for improvement / advice to the host: 1/ please deep clean the place before every stay as it was clear that a thorough job was not done (e.g hair on the carpets). 2/ I know the hot weather may be blamed for ants in the kitchen, however most Vrbos won't have this problem due to adequate abatement measures. Asking us to spray bug spray is not an answer especially with small kids around, even if we are reimbursed for the spray. We ended up vacating the apartment a bit early due to the ants.This place really needs to have more basic amenities provided, e.g. soap / shampoo in the bathroom, a kitchen mat, laundry detergent, ice in the freezer, full hand soap bottles upon check in (yes we did run out within a couple of days). It really elevates the experience at minimal cost. I'm mentioning these to improve the experience in the future, but overall our experience wasn't terrible. It just left something to be desired.

Perfect for the Weekend
We came into town to visit friends and family. The condo was perfect size for us and was right above the pool which was great. It was dark when we arrived so it took us a while to find our numbered parking spot, but one we found it, we got in no problem. It was very helpful of the host to provide pictures on how to get to the unit. We would definitely recommend and would stay here again when in town. Thanks!

Delay receiving complex check in information
We did not receive check in information from the host. Check in was 4pm, and we had to call and received the information after 8:30pm. The property has an address, gate with code, a building number, a parking spot number, unit address, and code to get in. We were in a strange town and had to contact the host to get the information, and then had negotiate all of this at night. It ended up being a nice place, but we weren't able to enjoy it very much due to the stress of not having check in information on time. We were given a modest discount because three of our guests did not join us, due to the confusion, they opted to drive home, over three hours away.

We came to the area to visit Castaic Lake. The apartment was conveniently located (around 25 min away) & is in a gated community, which was a plus. It was clean & even nicer than the photos. The owner made sure the air conditioning was on when we arrived - very important and appreciated during a July heat wave. He was available by text whenever we had questions. Although the apartment was missing a few expected items (bathroom soap, shower soap), the owner was really responsive — he apologized & sent a delivery from target the next day to take care of whatever we mentioned was missing.! We’d stay here again. Definitely recommend.

Apartment is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Location is good and easy to find. Joey is a wonderful property manager and very responsive. The only thing I would advise is they do not provide soap shampoo or coffee so be prepared

Needs some TLC and basic supplies
If you rent this place, be aware of the following that the listing or property manager do not tell you about: 1. No parking for more than 1 car if you have multiple families meeting for vacation 2. No extra towels for pool 3. No drip coffee maker so don't buy non-Keurig pods 4. No ice maker or ice trays in freezer 5. No guest book with details about apartment or complex (i.e., access, pool info, etc) 6. Work out carpet in threshold to Master bedroom causing tack strip to be able cause injury from unknowingly stepping on it However, pool area was really nice and complex was safe and clean.

Nice property for a quick trip
Property was as advertised. It was clean and nicely laid out. Location was outstanding for our itinerary. Check in was a breeze and Joey was very professional. I rated this a 4 and really should be a 4.5. There were a couple of issues...the main one was the master bath had a major clog that prevented us from using this second shower for our trip. The only other issue is we had 1 cockroach visit us but that was probably a pretty random event. Otherwise, this stay and the property was positive. Resolve these couple of issues and this rental is 5 stars.

Clean/Safe/ and Close to All Places
The upstairs 2-BDRM apartment is as listed. Neighbors were friendly. Plenty of room and space for a family 2 adults and 4 teenagers with pullout bed sofa. Felt safe….remember to bring your swim suit for the pool or spa. It is in a gated community with a parking port spot. All the kitchen appliances needed plus washer & dryer bring own detergent or bleach. Overall would stay here again as needs were met above and beyond by property management. Thank you!

Family friendly and close to attractions
The property was clean and close to many restaurants and grocery stores. Our family used this as our homebase for Magic Mountain and Universal Studios. It was very comfortable and served our needs well. Would stay here again.
