People living there full time not just visitors, surrounding areas not properly mantain, acces doors look up at night and key doesn't work you need to walk around to find a working door. They do houskeeping every 2 weeks, outside dumpster always full.

Everything is extra. When we got there it was an extra $5 a night. The pictures are shown with cooking utensils and a coffee/tea maker and if you want them you have to buy them, the whole reason we got this hotel was because it had a small kitchen, not much use when you have to pay to use it. Bed was rickety and incredibly uncomfortable. Had the world’s thinnest and flattest pillows. I think airline pillows are bigger. Staff was friendly but hotel just tries to nickel and dime you for everything

I don't like this hotel.... From the moment I got to the parking lot I felt a little weird like a woman out at night should not be in a dark parking lot.... Felt like a sketchy area... Also when you get to the door after 8 o'clock you have to call somebody and they came down and the guy was pretty nice his name was Jamar and he was helpful but I didn't like the fact that this hotel takes a copy of my driver's license.... I am a legitimate business traveler and I don't appreciate people taking my identification copies of anything that's personal you never know where this stuff is laying around.... And then my keycards didn't work on one of the doors and that was frustrating.... And just felt like this hotel was not safe for a woman travelling alone.

The property was okay. The halls smelled like smoke. Front desk closes at certain hours and certain services are unavailable. I needed an iron at 7:30 a.m. and was told that the front desk was closed. I called the 500 number several times before anyone answered.
