Contemporary new build on the oceanfront Sea of Cortez, this property is like no other properties with a south view over a large arroyo with no neighbours to obstruct your view of the turquoise sea. The villa has floor to ceiling glass doors on the entire south side for breathtaking views. Watch the whales and vast sea life from every window. This rare property has spectacular sunsets, moon risings and sunrises from your front porch, you won’t miss anything. It is a short 10 min drive to town in either direction, and a 2 min drive to shell beach that is a well known local beach for spectacular snorkelling. Included is two kayaks to get out on the sea. Walk out your front door to a secluded private beach, and adventure trails from your back door. Lots of excellent restaurants and nightlife in the town of Los Barriles and El Cardinal. This property is a hidden gem.
