Great stay at Villa Blanca
Our overall stay experince was very good. The oiside kitchen would get a little dusty on the windy days, but what do you expect, it's ouside. It was well provisioned in the essentials, towels, washcloths, pots, pans, silverware, and they also had 4 or 5 sets of snorkeling gear which we didnt use as we had brought our own. The rooftop patio was a big hit for wathching the sunrise over the gulf. Excellent experience. Definitely recommend to anyone thats looking for a place to stay for a few days or weeks.

Perfect Place to Hang Out with Friends
We had a large group of people coming to Los Barriles for a birthday party. Eight of us chose to gather at Villa Blanca. It was located perfectly for the celebration activities, along with close access to the beach and town. We loved the outdoor spaces for just hanging out. Check in and check out were seamless and the host answered the few questions that we had promptly.

Our stay at Three Casitas was wonderful! It's a big property that would work very well for a large family or two smaller families travelling together. We would definitely rent the property again on our next trip!

Wonderful
Great place. 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Everything was perfect, Close to the beaches and town. Dinners on the rooftop palapa. Cooked in every night. We will definitely be back to Villa Blanca.

Great place for families
We were two families vacationing together with 4 kids ages 5-10 between us. We loved the outdoor-centered living spaces (especially the reasonably well-stocked outdoor kitchen), the choice of bedrooms in the main house and in the cute casitas/studios, and the enclosed sandpit play area that basically surrounds the whole place. It was great to have plenty of space for the kids to play around and dig in the sand, and the play house in the back was a hit. Meanwhile us grownups got to chill together, cook delicious meals, and work remotely over the wifi when we needed to! The 10-minute walk down to the beach was lovely, and the 20-minute walk into town was doable when necessary. Lots of birds, an iguana living in a cactus, the occasional cow wandering by, and the chill neighborhood made for a great environment all around. Oh, and the rooftop hangout space would have been fabulous if it hadn't been so windy most of the time we were there (February). Having the downstairs outdoor living room was perfect, as we wanted to be outside and there was just enough shelter from the wind. The property management staff was very kind and responsive to questions as well. Would definitely stay in this house again if we find ourselves traveling to Los Barriles again in the future!

Lovely casa complex
The casa, casitas, and gardens were all great! Lots of space. Very well equipped. Comfortable beds and furniture. The property management company was amazing! Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and responsive. The location was a bit of a disappointment, however. The house is right on the corner of the main street and another street that was equally as busy. One of the roads is dirt and the large trucks that regularly used it kicked up a lot of dust. Town is at least 1 1/2 miles away so definitely plan to rent a vehicle. Walking down the main street into town is not pleasant but the beach is not far, however, and you can walk there. A great restaurant, Bar Amigo, is at the end of the road on the beach.

Fantastic place for groups of friends or families! Best things; away but close to town, walking distance to beach, sea view from top, outdoor kitchen, lots of nice and private feeling indoor and outdoor spots, super clean, awesome hosts!

Best place ever
The photos don't do it justice. The property is in immaculate condition, the amenities are just right, the palapa (palm frond covered patio) on the roof has amazing 360 degree views, and the accommodations are perfect and private. The property is located a short ~5-10min walk from the beach although a car is needed to get supplies etc. Can't recommend this place highly enough and hope to be back again soon!
