We had the pleasure of staying at the Krystal Grand / Bel Aire sun club with the nice surprise of having had our personal concierge for having booked through Expedia. We had the pleasure of working with Gabriel Avila who was above and beyond his customer service. His attentiveness was wonderful and took care of all of our needs. >Gracias Gabriel por todas sus atenciones y su excelente servicio.
The staff at the hotel were all super friendly and attentive as well. They all deserve to get tipped well! :)

"Had a terrific family vacation. Very accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was pleasant and we were comfortable.
