The rooms, view and entire property is beautiful. It is close to the marina and all the fun. Everything was really clean and felt safe there. There was always a cart ready for us around the property if we want but everything on property was an easy walk and not far. Can’t wait to go back and wake up to the ocean view again!

Our stay was fantastic 10/10. We love 1Hotels so we were excited to stay at 1Homes. The hotel is private and safe, all of the staff were so kind and attentive with 24/7 communication, Martin the server at the pool hooked us up daily, Diana the bartender at Mezcal Bar made the best cocktails, the private chef experience was the best meal of the trip, plus the aesthetic was perfection. It was slow season so it felt like we had the whole resort to ourselves (which we loved since we needed ALL of the zen). Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

The 1 is a beautiful property, located near the marina in Cabo San Lucas. We have now stayed in a 3 bedroom unit twice. The unit was large and comfortable for 6 adults. We love the location.

Our family had a great time at 1 Homes. The location is great and the homes are just awesome! The staff lead by Jose were extremely friendly and were always ready to help us with anything.
