Honestly I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves. Our room had mold, a filthy couch that we couldn’t even sit on. The upcharge restaurant Frida was mediocre at best, my steak was inedible and despite leaving it almost untouched on my plate our server never bothered to ask if it was to my liking. Old outdated rooms, no water, coffee or sodas replenished daily. Room service charges an upcharge even for water. Our room didn’t have a washer or dryer despite booking a room that was supposed to have it. It was my 40th Birthday while I was there and the hotel made no mention of it. Pools are cold and pool service takes at least an hour! Very disappointing trip, Sunday brunch was the highlight of our stay but you can definitely find nicer resorts for the same price! Never again!

Beautiful location. Gardens were gorgeous. Pools were beautiful. Appreciated the upgrade to a suite. There were a couple issues. A shower door handle was loose, 3-4 of the outdoor jacuzzi jets did not work. Staff very responsive. Room service fast! Need more personnel serving at pool. Restaurants were wonderful.

Giovanny made check in a breeze. We had quite a few requests with a room block and needing amenities for our children - and he ensured we had cribs in our rooms ready to go since we arrived so late. It was such a relief! 3rd time staying here, and would definately come back.

We have stayed at the Property before and, as before, enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and the property is as clean as a large property can be expected. We were very pleased with Giovanny, our guest service contact for the Property. We received a text message from him a few days prior to arrival and asked if there were any special requests, assistance needs, etc... and was very responsive in responding to texts throughout our stay. It was my fiance's Birthday and he made the stay extra special for her.. Thank you to the entire staff and especially Giovanny!! see you again soon.

It's a great place! It's huge, yes, but beautiful, well maintained, modern, with all you could want in one place - restaurants, gym, several pools (apparently themed by music genre), a chapel, stores, spa, a medical clinic. Despite the fact that the hotel was full we never waited long to eat or at the front counter. The food was amazing: so much variety and good quality. It's a walkable resort, but lots of stairs and inclines so be aware. You an also take shuttles everywhere. The staff was polite, attentive, and good humored. We explored 2 sister properties (the rose, and the pacifica which is the all-adult version). We were able to get a 'free' meal at the rose and the pacifica had a surcharge. The Rose is worth going to because it gets you into town and you can wander for a bit. To know: the beach is not swimmable. You won't get that here. Also, no coffee in the rooms! I like to be able to make a pot in the morning. Easy to get coffee at The Market, but I recommend bringing some ground beans or tea bags if you don't want to leave the room so early. Overall, we loved it. For reference, we are active empty nesters in our 50's.

The good: beautiful view from the large balcony. Friendly staff. Food was as good as could be expected in an all inclusive. The grounds and pool were nicely maintained, and the pools were heated. The bad: it is nearly impossible to walk anywhere. You must take the golf cart transportation or risk getting run over on the narrow roads. The rooms are dated. Bottom line: would not return. Too many other choices in Cabo.

The resort is beautiful, but be prepared to walk - a lot. The property is huge and you can get around via golf carts. There are plenty of dining options including a 24 hour bistro. The rooms are noisy, but have a great view. Watched whales and boats from our room. We hiked up to the sky pool everyday, which had views for days!!! Overall, it was good!

The staff were so friendly and made us feel so welcomed and important! We loved our room and the view. Wish we could've gotten a higher floor though! Not happy about all of the extra charges on my bill. Such as some foundation charge that I did never agreed to alt and was snuck up in me. They need to put coffee pods with a coffee maker in the suites. That is what was missing. We wished they provided coffee in the rooms like most hotels do. There were a lot of little flying insects in our room that we struggled to get rid of. I also did not like being harassed when we arrived about timeshares. A lady and then a man harassed us in the lobby and both of them got rude when we kept saying no.

The property has nice views. Loved being able to go to another hotel. Good food. Kind of annoying waiting for golf carts. The rooms were falling apart, and the mattress was horrible. Like sleeping on a rock. My back should be compensated. The vip extras that were promised by the Expedia, the hotel did not provide them. Had to wait 2 hours for some water from room service. It’s a nice hotel but some things need to be updated and fixed up.
