My husband and I had been at the hotel in June. We had a wonderful experience. We decided to bring my son and daughter in law. I have VIP with Expedia and asked for the upgrade ( I did not receive) my son and his wife had a much better view. The first night their room air conditioner was making a very loud noise , after 3 trips in the middle of the night from maintenance , they banged on it and sprayed a lot of WD40. Which made my son throw up from the smell! On top of everything else they never came to clean their room!! We asked about that and they blamed them and said they must have had their Do not disturb.. wooden door ornament on. Which they didn’t even have one for their room!!’ The next day NO one tried to contact us to change rooms. We went to front desk and with a lot of stress and alot arguing and telling them they deserved something they got a 30 min massage. They Never changed their room and it got cleaned once on their last day!!
On the other hand the food is very good! The service at the pool is also very good!
