This property is a hidden gem. Perched on cliffs the views are priceless, the amenities and grounds are stunning and the staff are just lovable. You cannot go wrong by booking here. The cherry on top was the private clear water beach steps away. We came with our family of 5 and we couldn’t be happier. We felt safe and very well taken care of. We stayed in the small ocean view villla and the view was breathtaking and the suite was very comfortable and clean. We spent 5 days in early January and the clientele was a balanced mix of young couples, retirees, families and a small handful of friend groups. Everyone was so polite and friendly. The food and drinks were also generous and delicious! “Party”Cabo is only a quick 10 min drive away, so this makes for the perfect retreat. There are many grocery options close by and some hidden dining options as well, like Metate and Dolce Villa for ice cream. We highly recommend this place.

They want you to attend a presentation to purchase a membership with them. That was not mentioned when we made our reservations through Expedia, so it caught us off guard. We did go because of the incentives, but we didn't purchase.

Absolutely amazing experience here.I am a non shareholder here & was looking for a cost efficient & relaxing vacation. My expectations were met beyond what I could've imagined. This place was PHENOMENAL. The staff, drinks, and food were out of this world. The only reason for the poor review was because I got charged an extra $360 USD out of nowhere with no explanation and no refund given to me even a month later. Otherwise, the place is amazing and would highly recommend.

What i didn't like were the added fees when we got there. They added a $40.00 resort fee to the room I didn't see that when we booked Wasn't to happy about that since we didn't use the resort. Were there for a wedding and then back home

What we enjoyed: Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well equipped for longer stays. Sweeping views of the ocean and sunsets - though one of the towers is completely blocked by another! The property is ocean-front and isolated from the main road traffic and noise. Staff is friendly and mostly helpful. What we didn't enjoy so much: - A US$40/night charge because we booked with Expedia! It just feels like false advertising and has no rationale behind it. Off-putting enough to not book again. - For all the equipment and amenities in the room, there is no drinking water. You need to drive out and buy a jug of water and carry it to your room to be able to drink, make coffee/tea. - The poolside activities can get loud and result in blaring megaphones on your balcony. - The beach is not easy to access and rocky. Luckily, there are lovely beaches a short drive way. - For the price - including the extra charge for booking with Expedia, the value of this property is much less attractive.

This property is very well maintained and very clean. Staff are very efficient and friendly, especially Miguel in the Cafe Estrella and Antonio at the pool. They bent over backwards to meet requests and took excellent care of us. Check in and checkout was easy and the bell staff were prompt. Maintenance was ongoing to ensure the amenities worked. There were no language barriers for us. The food and beverages were delicious and reasonably priced. There were ample pool chairs while we were there, although it may be trickier during high season. The views were amazing wherever we looked and we could see whales from our room.
