"We stayed in a lovely apartment on the 8th floor with a beautiful view of the sea. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and access to a laundry room which was free. They even provided free chairs/parasols to use at the beach. Staff were super helpful! Apartment was a few minutes from the tram stop, several supermarkets, restaurants and the beach. Would absolutely stay here again! "

Although we booked through Expedia a credit card # or $100 cash is required at check in so you don’t steal the beach towels which weren’t in our room! "The location is very convenient, they checked us in quickly. During our stay, the light in the room went out in the evening, the problem was solved in 10 minutes. The only thing to pay attention to is the pungent smell of detergents! Thank you!"

Comfortable hotel handy for airport.

"Stopover before morning flight. Stayed here several times, always good. The only negative point is no bedside lights in room. Some rooms have them but last three stays here, the rooms haven’t had them. A bit annoying having to use the very bright ceiling lights to read in bed. Apart from that, it’s very good."

"I was a little apprehensive about staying here, but how wrong I was! The hotel reception was welcoming and we were able to check in early as we had a very early flight! The room was light, airy and clean. It had good heating to take the chill off the February air! All in all, a great location and would certainly book again if staying in Alicante!"

"Excellent value for the price paid. Great staff who helped with my queries. Good sized room, which was spotless on arrival. A tip, currently the hotel have an initiative, where if you agree that your room does not require daily cleaning you can get your breakfast free for the "no clean" days. Both tram and train stations are within a few minutes walk from the hotel. The C6 airport bus drops off/picks up from the train station."

"Hotel was situated in a quiet area but close enough to the beach,supermarket and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Buffet breakfast and evening meal . Breakfast was included and good value with something for everyone. Evening meal was €20 per person but again you could eat as much as you wanted . Note that they do charge for water in the evening. The pool area is lovely with good sunbeds. Used the sky bar too with a small pool on the roof and comfortable seating. I travelled with a friend so we had a twin room which was clean and comfortable with memory foam mattresses and walk in shower which was hit and powerful. Disappointed that we didn't get a balcony as the hotel wasn't full and it would have been a nice touch by the hotel to upgrade us. They offered but wanted €60 so we refused . Bar staff were fab. Would stay again "
