"This property exceeded our expectations and is even better than the pictures portray! Communication throughout the process was great and Jarrod was very responsive. The property itself is a very high standard, very clean, quality furnishings and linens, comfortable beds, and very-well equipped kitchen. "This house and the Playa Negra area were perfect for our multi-gen family (kids 10-17 and adults 50-80). The house is a stunning contemporary with comfortable gathering areas both inside and out. The ocean views and sunsets were amazing. Surfing on both Playa Negra snd Playa Avellanas was good for our beginner surfers, an excellent zipline park was just 20 munutes away, and the local restaurants provided lots of variety, quality and a fun, casual vibe. This house HIGHLY recommended!"
